Nice hotel but they stole feel of my belongs,It seems that they are owned by the same person as another hotel. In one they stole a $1,000 ring from me, and in this one they stole a stuffed duck and a new Dior cream from me while I was taking a shower. The hotel is very clean and beautiful, but also very dishonest. They didn't even accept a refund.

The locate easier to access from airport and all attraction, mimimart and shopping center in Osaka. A price is highly reasonable and valueable.

3U namba minami is clean and new. It is also grand and comfortable.

The best hotel in japan especially in osaka,they are really helpful for my first japan trip.. they help me with my luggage problem.. really 5 star ⭐️,love the room,bathroom and the amenities

The self check-in and check-out were so convenient. The hotel was close to Mega Don quijote. We had a great time staying here. Would definitely book again.

It was a modern and clean hotel. The location was great and close to public transport. There is only one gender bathroom on each floor so if you are the opposite gender you have to walk either a floor up or down.

The location was great indeed. the room a bit smaller but its comfortable. Toilets are shared. This type of stay are suitable for anyone who just need a place to sleep. Short term.

This hotel is really nice and affordable, stayed there a week and feel super happy to be there. Close to metro station, family mart and sightseeing spots. Toilets and showers are shared and extremely clean. You can self check in if you come after 10 pm am either a very friendly automated system. Five stars to this hotel, definitely recommended.

The hotel location is good to access metro and train to airport Room is good, clean, but there is a noise from street, so if you are sensitive, not recommend it

Great location and clean room. Facilities wise was as expected at this price. Do note the private rooms do not have toilets en-suite, they are shared and located at different levels.

Perfect little room for a stay in Osaka, restaurants and bars close by! Town is close by too and a metro line within 5mins walking. Bed was comfortable, showers and bathrooms were also very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfy and affordable place to rest at for a few days. Though the room might feel a little small for those with much luggage, and the shared toilet might mean having to wait or heading to a different floor.
