Ulasan HOTEL THE FLAG Shinsaibashi

My significant other and I enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is located very near Shinsaibashi station and the shopping street and combini stores are just round the corner. The staff here are very friendly and it's such a joy talking to them. Will definitely choose this place again if I'm making a trip to Osaka in future!

Very convenient hotel in Osaka, appreciated cleanliness et kindness of staff. Laundry was a positive point too and large common place. Room was very functional with two quite large single beds. Everything was in reach like Metro, Dotonbori area and shopping streets. Fully recommend this Hotel

Superb location with family mart, drug stalls and shopping district nearby. Many food options as well. The staffs are friendly and speak fluent English. Room size was good for Japan and the price. Able to put 2 medium size luggage. Everything in the hotel is rather new.

Hotel the Flag exceeded our expectations. The location is convenient and in a nice, happening part of Osaka. Less than 10 mins from the nearest subway and walking distance to Dotonburi. The service from check-in until the time we collected our luggage late the next day was excellent. Staff speak good English and were lovely. Rooms looked new and spotless, there were small but probably slightly bigger than the average size in Japan. Breakfast was simple but really good and a good selection too. There is a water cooler to refill your bottle, and coin laundry/dryer facilities within the hotel. I totally recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to Dotonbori and train stations. Rooms are big enough though I’d recommend them to put the TV opposite the beds instead of to the side wall. The hotel pushes a greener stay and provide water bottles which you refill at 2nd floor and they also provide free coffee and tea. I think they could station water dispensers on each floor. Breakfast was varied and the crème brûlée was a hit.

Very clean and convenient to subway/ shopping area. Definitely will come back.

房間很乾淨整潔，床很舒適，住了三晚也睡得很好。酒店位置很好，行到心齋橋駅只需幾分鐘，很方便。早餐非常豐富，每一樣食物也很精緻好吃，竟然還有雪糕實在很驚喜！前檯的服務態度很好，英語水平高，還幫忙打電話預約採摘水果活動，雖然最後預約不到但也衷心感謝你們的幫忙。

推薦入住。與心齋橋筋商店街相距兩分鐘路程，附近有多間食肆，一分鐘就到一蘭拉麵。房內不大但衛生理想，雙床房，兩大一小無問題。只是垃圾筒較細。 前台的服務員態度非常好，身上各人掛著不同國家的國旗扣章，可以清晰識別到他們會講什麼語言，驚喜有說粵語的。晚上，同行小朋友身體不悉。她們積極協助找診所並且細心詢問病程，轉述診所姑娘。我地等的士期間主動提供冰袋。非常感激她們當時的協助。

酒店地理位置很好.酒店附近就是心齋橋筋.吃的買的非常方便。房間也很乾淨.沐浴洗頭產品也非常不錯.只系洗手間比較細.房間雖然不大.但足夠打開兩個行李箱 。前台有一位香港人.方便溝通 。

酒店位置很方便，一落樓下已經好多野食同買，又近地鐵站附近，房間幾新淨，又講免費coffee任飲添，香港職員人又like ,下次再黎大板都會再住。

親子游不錯選擇，房間也比較寬敞，帶孩子出遊周邊又方便

酒店真的很滿意！服務員身上別著不同國家的國旗扣章，讓顧客可以清晰識別到他們會講什麼語言，這個很貼心。酒店前台的服務員會貼心跟你介紹周邊的美食推薦，下雨天酒店大堂有免費的雨傘提供，真的很棒！
