Ulasan Osaka Fujiya Hotel

I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to namba and dotonbori. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

The overall hygiene is a problem. I don’t know if the history of hotel was the main cause or anything. There was an uneven part on the mattress which really ruins the whole experience of my stay. The staff was nice tho.

the room that i booked was very small but the staff are very accomodating anyway . a bit far to dotonbori but very near to lrt station going to airport

Abit small but cosy hotel for 2. Btw The komeda coffee shop on the first floor is gone. Staffs are polite and efficient. The location of the hotel is also very near to dotonbori and many shopping streets

Great location. Just a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. Room a bit small but its a good base if you plan to visit different places in Osaka!

During my stay, the staff at the counter were so friendly, the inside of the hotel was neat and nice, and if I come back to Osaka, I will book the same hotel. It was the best!

Great location. Very near to Dotonburi as well as the Nipponbashi Station. The staff was helpful and mindful. The room was bigger than expectation. Overall was satisfying during the stay of 4 nights.

Stayed out for the whole day, only back in the hotel to sleep. Therefore, not much that I can grade on.

The hotel room was a bit dark but it was enough for sleeping.

Very convenient location and staff exceptional

The room is clean, I was very happy with the cleanliness! The location itself is excellent, in the centre of Osaka with many restaurants, shops and bars nearby! The room itself is very small, there isn’t much room to move- less room if you have a 20-30 kg suitcase. The bed was not comfortable. There was something like a metal bar right in the middle of the mattress which you could not lie on top of as it sticks out. I found the hotel staff to be polite but not courteous. They did not show any above average sort of courtesy. During the check in process the staff member stuck his hand out for my passport before even speaking. For me this is very transactional. I’m on holiday, not at the immigration office. When I asked about taxis, “you can just find one outside, it’s a big road”. I wanted to ask more about the taxis around Osaka, I ended up paying 16000 yen and google says that’s about right but I’m still not sure and would have liked to discuss with someone directly.
