It’s clean hotel and peaceful but it’s a bit tight since the room is small

Microwave is super filthy, shocking to see such unhygenic scene. There is no one at the reception after 11pm so you need to tap hotel card to get in and there is only 1 room card given. Toilet is super small with no bathtub and basin + shower were combined area. Very budget hotel with very limited toiletries given so best to bring yours. Quiet alley walking to the hotel and there is not many amenities around except a Lawson near the hotel.

Amazing service, I got sick and the hotel staff were very understanding and accommodating. The hotel room was clean and the place was very convenient (a few minutes away from Sakaisuji Hommachi station and Osaka castle). Hotel staff were fluent in Chinese and Japanese, making communication very easy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any would-be travellers in Osaka!

Great hotel with basic facilities which match the price and it is very clean . The location near to train station abt 5mins walks and 15mins walk to Dotonbori. The surrounding is very quiet and calm. Will book again on my next trip ☺️

Service very good and room

Very small, very... no space between door and bed. There is no space between toilet and shower. No cleaning, really. No washing service. If you stay in the room more than 5 h experience headache, because no enough air for 2 people. So bad!

i booked for twin bed but they gave us diffrent rooms on our first night the room is watami room which was fine for us but it’s so dirty found used cotton buds and a lot of long hairs around and dusty.

the room is too small to unpack luggage. the fridge and tatami floor are not clean. no phone in room. no staff after 11pm. won't choose to stay there anymore.

Front desk lady is very helpful. the hotel room is really really small, specially the bathroom. the common areas are not maitained very clean, like debries on carpet in lobby. facilities at the first floor are very limited. in general the hotel services are not up the standard of other Japanese hotels.

While the hotel’s staff was friendly and welcoming, there were several aspects that left room for improvement. The location was satisfactory, but the room, particularly the bathroom, felt cramped. Cleanliness was an area of concern, and the sound isolation was lacking. Overall, the friendly staff was a positive aspect, but there’s room for enhancement in other areas of the hotel experience.

The staff are friendly and located closed the sub way station. The Room is like more Japan budget hotel but the toilet is too small even those i am not a big person when i seated on the toilet my face almost touch the wall. I think that is something must be improve.

We stayed for 4 days. It was great! Near subway station and convenience store. Staff was nice. And helpful too!
