The hotel was located at a sweet spot that is just a walking distance from namba train station. Many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend to stay here

Great view in my room on 8/F, nice and friendly people, good location for travelling in Osaka.

Very convenient hotel . It is near to shopping , food and also all railway stations.

Good location and just opposite nankai so going to airport is easy.

Room come with foot massage machine. Separate toilet and bathtub with shower. Complementary coffee and tea at lobby, supper they serve rice soup. Service was good and very near to namba station

Perfect location just 3 minutes walk from Namba Station. Family Mart next to the hotel for convenient buy of snacks. Few eateries along the streets for quick meals. The hotel is clean and the service is good. Complementary bath salt, facial mask at hotel lobby. They even serve free light supper which we enjoy.

Location is reallt near to Namba station- check in and out timkng strictly 3pm and 11pm. Free water is only starting from 3pm to 11pm. Even if wanna get hot water for kids milk not entertained.

Excellent location next to Nankai Airport rail, and Namba City. Good service, surprised with foot massage device in room. Only drawback is small room but still acceptable.

Very convenience location. Only 5 minutes walk from Namba Rapit Station and Namba Park is great place for shopping.

The hotel is pretty new and came with nice amenities such as Pola skin care products. The location is fantastic, just next to the giant Takashimaya store where you can get very nice confectionery and sashimi. It’s just next to Namba station where you can get direct train to Kansai airport. It’s also not far from dotonburi where there are lots of eating places.

Location is great. Walls are thin and it is unfortunate that other traveller made too much noise late at night.

Great location! Very close to Namba station and shopping mall (Namba Parks) just downstairs and restaurants open to late night. I like the way it's just a little bit away from Shinsaibashi so it's not too crowded. A photo of a grilled meat restaurant downstairs opens to 4:00am!
