Friendly staff, good location, cute and small room, enough for 1-2 people, clean. It’s near the subway and it has a convenciendo store next door. I would definitely come again.

The entire stay was well taken care of, and the last night there were a few problems, the frontes tried to help to the best of his ability. As for the room, everything is according to the picture for advertising. I was very impressed with the accommodation. The hostel never had informed me about the check in time anyways. I was literally made anxious while wandering at the reception. The customer service of the C trip was fine tho.

During my recent stay , I was pleased by the customer service. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness and maintenance were also highlights of my stay. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. In terms of accommodations, while the beds were only moderately comfortable, I found the room to be spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location (Matsuyamachi Station is 10 min. walk away.) was perfect, situated in the heart of Osaka and within easy reach of metro stations, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. However, it's important to note that check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM, with charges applied for late departures. Facilities at the hotel were generally satisfactory, with a 24-hour open kitchen providing everything necessary for cooking and common area. Attention to Detail: While the room amenities were generally satisfactory, there were notable opportunities for improvement in terms of attention to detail. Specifically, the inclusion of a portable clothes rack and additional wall hangers would enhance the functionality and convenience of the room for guests. However, it is worth acknowledging the presence of an air cleaner in the room, which was appreciated. Overall, considering the value for money, especially for those with more modest expectations, my stay at the hotel in &and Hostel Shinsaibashi East was enjoyable and satisfactory.

Excellent and clean facilities. There rooms and bed is spacious enough. And their dorm rooms has its own shower and toilet vs other hostels that has it toilet and shower room in a separate floor/room. This place is highly recommended.

The room was a little small but nice and comfortable. Good place for staying some days

Nice hostel not far from the centre. Nice area around with couple of nice restaurants and bars. The terrace room however is detached and the only room in the 8th floor (which was ok for us)

Nice choice for low budget but I walked a lot for the MTR station.

Clean and well located, close to 3 metro stations and short walk to Dotonbori. The check in and check out times are very strict and this information is not that evident when you make the booking. If you arrive after 11 pm, the hostel can arrange late check in until midnight, but they will charge additional 1000 yen. After that you are welcome to sleep in front of the hostel as they lock the door. Same for the late check out after the 10 am which is the earliest check out I’ve ever had everywhere in the world. Every additional hour is 1000 yen for which is annoying especially when this is not clearly communicated upon check in. Overall, I found the reception staff quite useless when asking for information, so I had to figure it out by myself.

Decent location but have to share the washing machine with alot of tourists at night.
