Vert good location. Just a few minutes walk from bus stations to airport. Recommended for all.

Excellent location; lounge provide free drinks in early morning / tea time, and rice at night. Free amenities at check in counter, includes cleaning oil, face lotion. They provide lockers which is very useful to solo travelers. Store my shopping bags into the lockers before go to washrooms.

Hotel's location is good, close to airport bus terminal and within a 10-12 minute walk from JR Osaka Station, if you know the directions. Otherwise, you could be trapped in the underground maze. We stayed a total of 8 nights at the hotel for superior queen bed room. Overall, the hotel is ok , it provided guests with complimentary drinks, including juices, soft drink, wine and coffee at the lobby and the staff were friendly. For the room, however, I found the motion-detected door light turned off so soon, which was very inconvenient and annoying, I had to move around to turn it on. Also, the tiny refrigerator was not cold/ not functioning at all. Last but not the least, I felt very puzzled when I emailed the hotel for an additional quilt before my stay, but the hotel's reply was very "blunt", saying one bed one quilt, if I wanted an additional quilt, I should book a 2-bed room. I did not feel any "warmth" from their reply at all.

The hotel is located in a very nice area of Osaka. It is safe and clean. It is in walking distance to the biggest department stores, the major stations and the airport limousine bus stop. The interior and service of the hotel is impeccable as well.

The room has good location and is clean. Breakfast is just so-so. The toilet comes with motion sensor light which goes off the second one stops moving, so the light kept going on and off as we were brushing our teeth which could be really annoying

Loved the big space especially travelling with young children. Budget breakfast had limited choices and a little too far to walk to station during the hot summer with young children.

When we get familiar to the area, the hotel is very well located near Osaka Station and Airport Bus Terminal, looks like CBD with lots of underground shops and restaurants. Hotel is new, free hot spa on top of hotel with Umeda View. Staff speaks English and helpful. Provides morning, afternoon, happy hour drinks, plus night snacks in the lounge. Will return next time.

The service is excellent. Check-in & out process is computerised in the hotel reception with guidance by hotel staff. It makes the process easily. The room is tidy and clean.

The hotel is great. We enjoyed the food and drinks offered at the lounge. Location is convenience as well. Will definitely come again.
