Persekitaran yang baik, tetapi kesan penebat bunyi adalah benar-benar agak lemah, nasib malang, pasangan tinggal bersebelahan, boleh mendengar bunyi yang jelas Trafik agak mudah, terdapat banyak pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah di sekelilingnya Bilik ini sangat bersih, secara keseluruhannya cukup memuaskan

Bilik-bilik bersih dan ringkas dalam reka bentuk. Elektrik juga sangat terang, jadi mudah untuk dibelanjakan.

Saya mempunyai penginapan yang hebat! Saya mengesyorkannya.

The service is excellent. Check-in & out process is computerised in the hotel reception with guidance by hotel staff. It makes the process easily. The room is tidy and clean.

The hotel is great. We enjoyed the food and drinks offered at the lounge. Location is convenience as well. Will definitely come again.

Highly recommend this hotel. Room is clean and has bath tub. Provides free take away coffee and toiletries are also provided at the counter. Hotel also has common bath area!

Hotel room is new renovation and moderate size. The lobby lounge have amenities and free drink all day. Love it and plan to visit again.

The hotel is new and the design and decorations are modern and chic. Toilet amenities are provided at the lounge. They provide skincare samplers which it’s very considerate. The location is good which is close to metro station. You can also choose to check out in your room with the tv.

The hotel and its amenities are new with a very modern design. However I would have to say this is one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had in Japan, after travelling for more than 20 times. First the room is so dusty. As soon as I move a pillow in bed or pull out a towel in the bathroom, you can really see the dusts floating around. If you look at the vent window in the bathroom, you will see 1cm thick of dusts stuck on on blades. There are also uncleaned dusts stuck on the edges of the shower cubicles. I am not a person with OCD and this is the first time I had ever written about the cleanliness of a hotel in Japan. Secondly, the washing machine & dryers don't work. All 6 of them we have tried. My husband went at 12:30am, 2:00am, 3am and 6am to keep putting more coins in the dryer and the clothes were still half wet by 8am. I realized perhaps the staff had never cleaned the filters there either, which is why the clothes wont dry. A few other things like the front desk staff wasn't very welcoming but that was the least of the issues. I am sorry but I don't think this is worth the value paid at all.

The check in and check out process is very AI as well as the staff lol. They have not much expression. There is short hair sticking on the bathroom wall for few days during my whole stays. Overall, it's worth to stay.

The hotel hardware is nice however the rules are very rigid.. understand it’s a Japanese culture no next time.

Take underpass to Osaka station is very convenient. Hotel is very clean and can do daily housekeeping cleaning. Provided free hot coffee in the morning and snacks in the afternoon. Nearby by shopping malls and eateries. Amenities in the room are available with toothbrush, bottled water, pyjamas, slippers. Got onsen spa, coin laundry and gym.
