The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, and there were very few power outlets. The clock on the wall was noisy, and there's no coin laundry. The location is good though, less than 10 minutes from Umeda. There was a faint, lingering smell of feces in the bathroom. I remember having a much better experience at the Nagasaki branch.

Service: Great Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Very close to the Umeda shopping area, and it only takes about 20 minutes to get to USJ in the morning! Highly recommended!

The room itself was decent. Finding it for the first time can be a bit challenging. The hotel lobby is quite small and located on the 8th floor, while the ground floor is a parking lot – just go straight in, don't be put off by the entrance. I didn't get breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I was out early and back late every day, mainly just using the room for sleeping, and for that purpose, it was perfectly adequate. I'm not sure if I missed hanging a sign or what the reason was, but the room was cleaned daily.

Everything is good except that there is no coin laundry service.

This hotel is a bit dated, resembling an old consulate conversion. The front desk is located on the eighth floor. Being right next to the train tracks, expect some railway noise. The rooms are quite small. However, the facilities were, as always, consistently clean. It can be a bit tricky to find, but thankfully it's only about a ten-minute walk from Osaka Station.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Osaka Station Sakurabashi Exit, making it really easy to get around by subway. The room was perfect for our family of three, clean and tidy!

This hotel offers average value for money. For over 1000 a night, with one adult and two children, the shower head wasn't working well. Its only real advantage is its proximity to Osaka Station, and the room was mostly quiet, you couldn't hear the train noise much.

The only minor issue was that the room lighting was a bit dim. The triple room, with one large and two smaller beds, was excellent as it allowed everyone to have their own space without disturbing each other. The hotel's B1 basement has direct access to Nishiumeda Subway Station. The last two pictures show the underground route back to the hotel via exit 6-30, which is also conveniently close to the JR station.

I’ve stayed in 100s of hotel worldwide.. great and small and this is one of my favourites. Given the price it won’t be beat for sheer beauty and elegance. Like staying in a castle!

This beautiful hotel is well-located & easily accesible to the vast train & subway network via a cool & clean underground passage way. It is so easy to travel to whenever we need. Best of all, departing for the airport is made easier with the bus service available at Herbis Osaka. All in all a great place to stay. Will book this hotel if I am coming to Osaka agsin. 👍👍👍

The hotel is conveniently located 5-10 minutes away from the JR Osaka station. But the room is really small (though it’s almost a standard in Japan big cities). Otherwise all good.

It is near by the train track,and you can hear the sound of the train.,which disturbs your sleep. If you don't consider this, the price is reasonable.

The hotel decoration is nice and special and the hygiene of my room is very good. Within walking distance to Umeda station.

Great location, just 5 mins between airport express bus stop ,and JR /metro station. I really appreciate all the staffs are polite, efficient. The room is quit large in Japan standard.
