Ulasan Aloft Osaka Dojima

A hip hotel brand under the management of Marriott Bonvoy Group. The reception team led by Roberto was helpful. Being a small hotel, they don’t provide swimming pool and they cannot offer any flexible upgrade of rooms and provide further free breakfast like the other brands in the other cities or countries. We felt that Osaka or Japan has bee a bit straight. Having said that, it was a pleasant one night experience.

A 12 minute walk to Osaka station, which made it convenient to get trains to other cities. The reception staff were kind and provided additional amenities on request, and helped to print our boarding passes for free. Room was spacious for standards in Japan. Unfortunately the bathroom was not well designed for those not travelling as a couple though. It was not sectioned off from the rest of the hotel room, and there were only hooks for towels and clothes outside the shower, meaning you needed to step outside the shower, into the space of the room itself, to dry off and put clothes on. Other than that our stay was comfortable enough.

Overall very good but i think location wise namba will be suitable for travelers. But if you want to avoid travelers and prefer a bit quiet area then this is it. Other than location, i was highly satisfied with the stay.

The Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly while the hotel was nice.

Aloft hotel is so vibrant and modern. The bed and the room were so comfortable to stay in. We really enjoyed it. Plus point they have gym in house as well.

I booked a deluxe loft with sofa bed and I booked it for 3 persons. I called the hotel in advance asking if there’s a sofa bed and they confirmed yes. After checking in, I noticed that the so called sofa bed is simply a small sofa just enough for a small kid. My girl is 11 years old so she had to bend herself to sleep. What’s more shocking is that they won’t provide bedsheet, pillow or even a blanket for the sofa bed. We had to use a bath towel as bedsheet and demanded for a blanket. They finally gave us one without cover. They said “sorry, it’s the only thing we’ve got at the moment.” I was just so upset about the whole experience and I cancelled my second night stay….

Hotel is quite new. Location is not too close nor too far from train station, about 15 mins walk from Osaka station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is slightly expensive, but understandable given it is located near umeda area. Overall it is not bad

Room was spacious. It has nearby convenience store , so very accessible :) Great location 👍 Asked for a nice view which I read from the review and they upgraded the room to the high floor with the marriott membership they offer to get a room with a view and got no view and get 0 benefits from it🥹 Staffs are kind They also have a good ambiance lobby Sadly we didn’t hangout at there bar, which were lacked of time and spent it all outside 🫣😂 Also a min walk from the train station,underground and nearby restaurants and massage. Over all we enjoyed our stay from our leisure.

Great hotel and good location! Helpful and friendly staff! We stayed at the suite for 5 nights and the room was new and spacious. Walkable distances to shopping malls. Would definitely recommend to our friends!

Love the vibe, great hotel and value for money. The gym is good, the room are fairly large and well arranged. The bar downstairs and the pool table were great

Hotel location is a bit far from Osaka station if by foot (around 15-20 mins walk). It is linked with underground street between hotel and station, which makes the walk a bit easier. It's located at commercial area and for my opinion, it's not quite suitable for family stay. Breakfast is good but they are no changes on the food for my 5 mornings :) On my arrival, they are quite imitate that to allow us early check-in, however, when we entered the room, the room was not ready, leaving same status as previous guest check out. Although they offered another room for temporary move in until the room was ready, we decided to hang out and returns later. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Overall my stay experience is good.

Fantastic experience stay in Aloft Osaka Dojima, very clean and cosy environment. We love everything there especially the staffs are very helpful to serve us every time. They even guided us how to walk to the place to take the bus to Kansai Airport and recommended nearby restaurant to fill our tummy. The staffs at night are very helpful as there was one day housekeeper forgot to clear our rubbish and clean our cups when we back at night, one of the lady who is fluent in English and wearing glasses very kind to serve our needs almost every night. Other staffs are also helpful whenever we need their help
