Best hotel so far for family holiday. So many activities in the resort itself. Our family loves it! Thank you Shangrila Rasa Sentosa! See you guys again soon. 🤗

Very friendly staff, great location by the beach, shuttle bus that can take you to vivo city. Super kids friendly place with nice kids play room, arts and crafts, board games, ping pong, beach volley ball, paddle board and boats, you name it! Free laundry and dryer is very convenient, although it will be nicer if all the machines are placed on the same floor so we don’t need to search different floors for an empty machine. Only down side is the rooms are a bit worn down and old, but good size with big beds.

Overall great place to stay, easy to get around the island and many places and activities to do if you are willing to spend money.

It was amazing trip at Shangrila Sentosa within 10 days. All services are super, but facilities bit old. Need modernise accomodation, others are excellent!

Nice location to anywhere in sentosa. Great kids activities, playground and swimming pools. Food was awesome too

the room was huge for my family. and there is a lot of friendly staff all over the hotel with mini-events for my children to participate in. the morning breakfast buffet was awsome too! really really great choice and unforgettable feast there is also this pool side game which my child manage to win a cup of brain freeze ice drink! awsome! although my stay was a short 2days one night. but my family and I had such a wonderful time there. will definaly book again for a long stay the next round.

We were recommended this hotel by many friends who had kids and this turned out to be a really safe and comfortable staycation with many things for my 3 year old to do. It was for his birthday and the staff even surprised us with a birthday cake with his name. Hotel is spacious and easy to navigate with staff very well trained to watch out for children and their needs. Only issue was the furniture in rooms was not child safe with sharp corners and lots of spots to get hurt. Especially with active daredevil toddlers jumping off everything. Restaurants weren’t halal certified but the nearby malls made food easy to get. Parking for guests is also free with prior notification.

Full of activities for families! Been here a few times coz it’s just great! The Loccitane amenities are just love super love coz it leaves u smells all so nice when taking a shower after ur swim!! The staff are all so friendly too just never disappoint

Ok place, right next to the Sentosa beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit old and at first the aircon has humming sound, but staff quickly resolved it

Awesome place, right by the beach, with plenty of within and around hotel to explore. Breakfast was a good spread, staff are friendly, plenty of activities for the kids. There's also a Cheers convenience store nearby.

Service and food was good. Great amenities and close to the beach.

The hotel itself is right beside the beach. My son had a lot of fun playing on the sand. All the staffs are very welcoming, however we waited quite a long time to check in. The free shuttle bus out of the villa is huge so don’t need to worry about the seating. For the food, I personally think there is not much of a selection inside the villa and everything quite expensive as expected. Overall, my son had a lot of fun.
