The location is quite good. Next to the Umeda Sky Building so it’s easy to find. However it’s a 5-10 min walk to the big department store, but the walk is okay. There is a shuttle bus service which makes it very nice also. The room is quite big and of course everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing! I love the hotel and would stay again!

지하철 역이랑 5분에서 10분 거리에 있어서 이동하기에도 굉장히 편한 위치에 있습니다. 또 걸어서 5분정도 가면 바로 도톤보리라서 굉장히 좋았습니다. 시설도 아주 깔끔하고 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 한국어 안내 책자나 영어 안내 책자도 체크인 할 때 제공해줘서 일본어 모르셔도 괜찮습니다. 직원분들도 아주 책했습니다.

Wir hatten ein einzelnes Zimmer gebucht. Dieses war für zwei Personen recht klein, aber sauber. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse und die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten in Dotonbori. Das Frühstück war das leckerste, was wir in Japan in verschiedenen Unterkünften bekommen hatten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden definitiv nochmal buchen.

Hotel is conveniently located near to the Osaka Metro which makes it well placed for travelling into and around the city. The hotel itself was a little hard to find, look for the tall pink building. When we arrived the staff spoke very little English, enough to get by with check in. They held onto our bags until check in time which was appreciated. The room itself was nice, small like usual Japanese hotels but enough for us. Breakfast however was very average. The first day we had breakfast a member of staff gestured for us to sanitise our hands, no issue however then proceeded to not ask any Japanese customer to sanitise theirs. This improved on our subsequent visits however we found ourselves finding other things to eat outside of the hotel buffet after breakfast time. A lot of the food was lukewarm, especially the bacon. I'd stay here again, but possibly not partake in the breakfast in future.

Maybe the smallest room that we had with no fridge and a very small bathroom even for Japanese standards. Most of the staff were great except for one older woman who was rude when checking in. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the tower, too.
