交通方便，酒店步行幾分鐘就是景點，也有觀光巴士停靠點。附近餐廳酒吧都很多，很方便。去市中心步行，逛逛就到了。離中央火車站步行也就10來分鐘左右。附近也有超市，屬於鬧中取靜的地方。

很有名也很傳統的酒店，也是很講究身份的酒店。沒有讓人能說得出有什麼不舒服的地方，無法給出不好的評價。當然費用會比周邊的其他一些酒店貴。

Superb hotel with outstanding view in beautiful surroundings by forests and suburbs of Oslo. Delicious breakfast with tons of vegan options what was great for us. Great restaurant gym and sauna inside the hotel. Definitely great place

Very cool hotel in a very trendy, unique neighborhood. The staff was extremely friendly and our room was very comfortable. The hotel is easily walkable to a really cool neighborhood in Oslo but a bit aways from most of the ”attractions” if you are a tourist - fortunately Oslo is a small city. The only downside is the spa - for the price you pay for treatments/entrance, the facilities are pretty mediocre. The chairs are all plastic so it's really not a comfortable place to relax and there's no hot tub, aromatherapy, etc which I would expect from a property like this.

I have never received the level of customer service at any hotel around the world that I have received here! I was treated,so well, made so comfortable, and even had some help making sure I knew where I wanted to hike! I arrived after 10 PM the day of my check in and was treated warmly by Mohammad at the front desk for the remainder of my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. I also hope Soria Moria recognizes the gem they have in Mohammed!

Really great and solid hotel. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby. Check in was slightly long and baggage room was full prior to room being ready so had to walk around with my bag for a bit. Room was lovely, warm, homely. Shower gel in shower was slightly annoying to use but very good quality Ritual soaps!! Bed was very comfortable. Double size. Very large breakfast (queue to enter due to a lot of guests) but food was good quality and LOTS of it. Spa area was decent, not the best I've ever seen. LOCATION: fantastic! 2 minute walk from exiting the main station with trains directly to the airport. Centre of Oslo, with 2 different tram stops right outside, lots of restaurants and activities around. Kind reception staff allowed us to have late check out so we could shower before our flight. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Location, location, location. And beyond that, there's not much good to say. Room is OK, boasting the world's smallest bathroom. Breakfast was at *********** hyped to be very good, while in reality it was a battle for space, missing items and staff with no understanding of user needs whatsoever. The bistor, we found out by accident, is closed on Sundays - which ought to cost the fourth star right away. It forced us to leave for a hasty meal in town, but when we returned, there was food being served in the bistro after all, and of course, we could have eaten there. The closed on Sundays information in the welcoming email is ”just in case” there are not enough guests who have pre-booked. Service, my a.... This hotel ought to undergo a pretty close scrutiny by the Best Western management, as it seriously jepordizes the BW brand. Felt like having signed up for a hidden camera session - or perhaps a boy scout organized thingie for well-meaning relatives. Not an ”international” hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast divine, staff lovely, bed super comfy, great shower and toiletries, really pleased there was a steamer in the room! However I was given a loft room which only has a tiny window, no mini fridge, no phone or much space to put anything, so not excellent value for money especially as a solo traveller.
