Ostuni Palace - Hotel Bistrot & Spa

Room was nice although a little small. Bed was comfortable. Room was a little hot and had trouble adjusting temperature. Service was very good and they were able to safely secure our bikes. Convenient to many of the attractions, restaurants, and bars. Nicely decorated for Christmas.

A wonderful stylish hotel I loved every single minute of my stay. An elegant hotel with stylish decor of rooms and common areas. Well located with just a short walk into town but remote enough to rest from the busyness and sleep well. Breakfast with a la carte option - try the mink and courgette omelette! Friendly, helpful, always smiling stuff. If you are lucky to get room 118 on the first floor - it has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the city. I will be back!

I stayed here for three nights in July with my wife, in one of the “romantic” rooms. On the plus side, the hotel building and lobby is beautiful, it has a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the old city, and the breakfast is a solid 8/10. Having eggs made to order is a nice touch. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Our room was tired looking, with discolouration on the walls in a number of places. It was also tiny, and I mean tiny within the scope of what can be expected in Italy. We barely had enough room for the two of us to move around with our luggage. The shower was also tiny, and didn’t drain properly. The view of the old city was pretty, but didn’t begin to make up for the deficiencies of the room. Even though tripadvisor advertises a rooftop terrace, we found the roof completely empty. A lot of missed potential there. On the whole, the hotel has a lot of potential, but is not in any way worth what it charges. Would absolutely not stay here again.
