Ulasan Hotel Torifito Otaru Canal

The staff at the reception speaks fluent English, which is good. Sth dramatic happened after I checked in. Somehow my suitcase cannot be unlocked,though I knew the key number. So I had to call reception for help, luckily they do have the tool to open the suitcase, but I was told to wait because someone else were using it and I was supposed to be called after the reception got the tool. Waited whole night long, with no phone call, and had to check out the next morning with my broken suitcase. So if you find your suitcase cannot be opened, go find reception immediately or u might not get the chance to use the tool, haha

It is a very nice and good hotel, we all enjoyed breakfast and for sure will stay again.

Room is clean and size is bigger for Japan hotel. Onsen is only 1 bathtub so it’s crowded and small for many people. Location is good and near family mart. Staff is nice.

There are 2 single beds and a bunk bed suitable for a family of 4. Location wise is near to the canal and able to walk to the restaurants. Parking at hotel is more expensive so it us advisable to park bit further down but still walking distance from hotel.

Hotel was clean and carpark was nearby. Convenient location to walk to major attractions

A great hotel and easily walkable from the station. Didn’t have time to explore the area, but the room was comfortable and spacious. Only criticism is the bean pillows aren’t very comfortable!

New building modern style room.Front can speak english well explain everything clear.Room tiny well equip. Bathroom shower is good.slide door for bedroom made your sleep with quality.Convenience strore near by.

Room is little bit smaller than expected, overall is okay and front desk is helpful in answering our questions

Hotel close to the canal. Can go by walk. The breakfast is delicious and various kind of Japanese food.

Hotel location is good, walking distance to the Canal and Shopping street. Hotel room is a good size for family of 4, clean and new. The laundry room has two washing machines, unfortunately, the day we use, one washing machine out of service, and we need to queue to use another one.

We had a room with 2 twin bed and a bunk bed which was big enough for my family with 2 kids! The hotel is walking distance to the canal.

Location was a bit of a walk from the station but near the tourist spots. I love that it's near the canal and a convenience store. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. We like the pajamas. Breakfast was awesome!
