Ulasan Hotel Torifito Otaru Canal

Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu fasih berbahasa Inggeris, itu bagus. Sth dramatik berlaku selepas saya mendaftar masuk. Entah bagaimana beg pakaian saya tidak boleh dibuka, walaupun saya tahu nombor kuncinya. Jadi saya terpaksa menelefon penerimaan untuk mendapatkan bantuan, nasib baik mereka mempunyai alat untuk membuka beg pakaian, tetapi saya diberitahu untuk menunggu kerana orang lain menggunakannya dan saya sepatutnya dipanggil selepas penerimaan alat itu. Menunggu sepanjang malam, tanpa panggilan telefon, dan terpaksa keluar keesokan paginya dengan beg pakaian saya yang rosak. Jadi jika anda mendapati beg pakaian anda tidak boleh dibuka, pergi cari penerimaan dengan segera atau anda mungkin tidak berpeluang untuk menggunakan alat itu, haha

Staying 1 night with a good mood. They have some free amenities on the 1st floor. Public bath with lotion, cleansing, milk essence. Good view from the 7th floor. Near Family mart with 30s by walking. Near Otaru canal with 5mins by walking. One thing should be improve is breakfast.. too cold and not much options.

The hotel is very clean and well-Maintained. The onsen is clean and not crowded. Location was great as it is near otaru canal, train station and convenient stores. Highly recommended !

It is a very nice and good hotel, we all enjoyed breakfast and for sure will stay again.

Didn’t realize the location is so good till I was on the ground. Very close to all the shops and eateries. Rooms look newer than expected and hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside is it’s a public bath and not onsen and place seems popular with the kids.

Stayed here for a short ski holiday. The breakfast was really good and the crowd was well managed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We parked at the paid car parking just 30m away. Can't rmb how much it was but it was very affordable.

Room is clean and size is bigger for Japan hotel. Onsen is only 1 bathtub so it’s crowded and small for many people. Location is good and near family mart. Staff is nice.

Room so clean and new also big enough. Great location. Bed is comfortable.

There are 2 single beds and a bunk bed suitable for a family of 4. Location wise is near to the canal and able to walk to the restaurants. Parking at hotel is more expensive so it us advisable to park bit further down but still walking distance from hotel.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to the canal. It is within walking distance to the shopping area. The room is small for a family of four. We cannot open our bags. The hotel charges a parking fee with unlimited entry and exit. It is recommended to book a car park space with the hotel if you can because they only have limited parking bays. Parking around the hotel ranges from 300 to 500 yen per 30 mins. Will I stay here again? Probably not.

Was quite disappointed with the room size and the service. Requested 2 pillows for my child but the officer hesitated to my request. Lastly if u are driving, don't bother to park in the hotel even there are so many empty slots available.

Rather far from the Otaru Station. Close to canal, but the latter is an over-hyped tourist atraction.

I like the hotel. Close to the canal and station. Convenient store is just next to the hotel. Service is great. We arrived early and left the babbage for storage before checkin, and when we were back, the babbage were sent to room already !
