Hotel berhampiran The Glass Studio in Otaru, Otaru

The stay in OMO5 was an excellent experience. Start from reception arranging us where to park our car, to details of helping us to arrange restaurant was very touching and appreciated. The atmosphere, deco, cleanliness was all tip top better than what we expected. Thanks to the house team who did their effort to make our stay memorable

Location was a bit of a walk from the station but near the tourist spots. I love that it's near the canal and a convenience store. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. We like the pajamas. Breakfast was awesome!

This is a hotel I stayed for a family trip. The location is good, it's clean, and the staffs are nice and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the low ceilings and narrow bathroom in the room. The furniture lacks cohesion and appears mismatched. It seems like a room renovation is needed.

Fantastic location overlooking the canals in Otaru. Best thing about the hotel was having a separate bathroom and a separate toilet… Especially useful when travelling with families! Gorgeous stained glass window and you can see the amazing sunset from the top floor as well  Reception was large and the front desk folk were very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend this hotel  

We booked a mountain view room and hotel upgraded our room to ocean view room. The room is fantastically big and could fit an extra single bed for our child without us requesting. The hotel was just walking distance from Otaru-chikko JR station and also walking distance from various supermarket down the road. Thank you for making our stay in Otaru a memorable one!

Let’s start with the Service staff. Customer facing warm attentive accommodating responsive smiling. Choose any positive word and it will be here in this wonderful onsen resort family managed with the son at the front to welcome you. Shiro San. Mother and owner father are both very active in the daily management Lobby evening cocktail hour is pleasant and relaxing. Sink into the warm ambiance of the lobby coffee beer area with eye catching decor n warm service. Cookies nuts beer coffee n wine are served here. Breakfast n dinner are a delight n foodie experience especially in room and whether in the different dinning areas western or Japanese. Such a delightful experience to have both like we did. Food n beverage is excellent and we totally enjoyed our 2nd and 3rd nights dinner in room. Onto the onsen now. There are 2 public onsen areas and I tried both. I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

　小樽の町には何度か泊まったことが有りますが、今回は小樽市を高いところから一望しようと小樽天狗山ロープウェイに寄ってから、横移動してホテルに到着しました。玄関近くの駐車スペースに車を停めました。玄関を入ると自動検温器があり、消毒液を手にスプレーして、順番待ちのためフロント前で休憩。8階の2809号室のツインルームに入りました。室内設備は、一般のホテルと同等に完備されていました。窓からは、ホテル横の道路や近くの山の景色が見えました。札幌市に住む友達がホテルのフロント前1階レストランで夕食を予約してくれていたので、友達と一緒に会食となりました。混んではいませんでしたので、コース料理を、話しながらゆっくりと楽しむことができました。館内は、室内プール、フィットネスも有りましたが、1泊だけでしたので利用できませんでした。修学旅行生も大勢泊まっていたので、土産物ショップは結構若者が来ていました。朝食は、2階のレストランでブッフェスタイルでした。食べ物も結構揃っているので腹一杯になりました。朝一番で大浴場に行きましたが、ほとんど人が居なくでゆったりと入れました。チェックアウト出ホテルを出てからは、上方に登り、ループの道路と朝里川ダムと紅葉を見てから帰路につきました。1泊ではもったいないリゾートタイプのホテルでした。

オーシャンフロントロイヤルスイートルーム 805号室に宿泊しました。 最上階の円形のフロア、リビングからの海岸と岸壁の景色が絵画のように素晴らしく感動しました。 海岸にそびえたつ建物は古いようでしたが、部屋は綺麗にメンテンスされていて快適に滞在できました。リビングおよび浴室からの景色は素晴らしく、この眺望を楽しむだけでも宿泊する価値があるように思われました。調度品はアンティックな雰囲気で、リゾートの雰囲気とマッチしていて良かったです。 大きな浴室は温泉ではありませんが、常にお湯が張られた状態で、いつでも入ることが良かったです。浴室の窓を開けて、日本海の波の音を聞きながら、日本海の雄大な景色を楽しめました。タオル類も十分な数が用意されていたのも良かったです。 夕食はレストランでスイートルーム特別コース「プレジール」を頂きました。品数も多く、ボリュームもあり、おいしく頂くことができました。ワインも割安で良かったです。箸で頂くことができ、女性スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、楽しく夕食を頂くことができました。追加料理でホワイトアスパラハスの料理をお願いしましたが、とてもおいしく満足できました。 朝食もレストランで「創作ブレックファースト」を頂きました。景色を楽しみながら、席でゆったりと朝食を頂けて楽しめました。朝からスパークリングを無料で頂くことができたのも良かったです。余談ですが、男性スタッフのユニークな髪型がよかったです。 今回は大変満足しました。また機会があれば、宿泊したく思いました。

Kami tinggal di Yu Kiroro selama satu minggu dan ia adalah percutian terbaik yang boleh diminta oleh keluarga saya! Anda pasti memerlukan kereta jika anda akan menginap di sini dan terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta untuk tetamu di luar dan berhampiran hotel di seberang jalan. Pintu masuk sangat mengalu-alukan dan kami berasa seperti di rumah serta-merta. Apabila anda mendaftar masuk, setiap tetamu menerima parfait pelengkap dan satu akses ke onsen peribadi. Hotel ini sangat bersih dan sangat tenang. Dapur dilengkapi dengan baik dengan mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk, ketuhar, ketuhar gelombang mikro dan peti sejuk besar jadi kami hanya membeli barangan runcit apabila kami rasa ingin menginap di pasar raya tempatan (saya cadangkan TRIAL). Bilik mandi juga sangat bagus dengan pemanasan bilik dan lantai supaya kaki anda tidak menjadi sejuk pada waktu pagi. Cadar adalah bersih dan bersih dan tingkap besar di setiap bilik mempunyai pemandangan yang menakjubkan dan cahaya matahari pada hari yang baik. Restoran di dalam hotel adalah sangat berpatutan namun menyajikan makanan berkualiti tinggi dengan pemandangan alam semula jadi yang hebat. Mereka juga menawarkan aktiviti mesra keluarga seperti menunggang kuda, berjalan pagi dan bbq luar. Secara keseluruhannya, ia adalah pengalaman hebat untuk melarikan diri dari bandar untuk berehat dan pergi ke onsen setiap malam sebelum ia ditutup pada pukul 12 pagi. Mereka juga sangat munasabah dengan menjaga bilik dan menghormati privasi dan masa kami kerana kami tinggal di banyak tempat. Tempat ini mesti dicuba, dan kami pasti akan kembali terutamanya pada musim sejuk! Minta Alan apabila anda memerlukan bantuan dan pasukan mereka pasti akan menjadikan penginapan anda tidak dapat dilupakan!
