Beautiful roooms. Outside swimming pool closed and only allowed to use indoor one once during stay. Had to pay extra to use sauna and steam not what you would expect. Very limited food choice and too many cats and flies around. Perfect location close to airport and for a dessert experience

Great place to visit with the family, and above and beyond hospitality and guest service. All the Activities are worth trying. The staff were helpful and very friendly! Highly recommend the place to visit. The sad part of this beautiful place is that their website doesn’t do them justice and you can’t book through ******* or TripAdvisor

Very disappointed from this Hotel. The Rooms are Dirty. You cant close them. Service super unfriendly. Disturbed us More then 4 times while Dinner. The buffet is very little. It’s very expensive for nothing. Buffet costs 25€ and you don’t geht anything for

Mixed review. This is a sprawling resort hotel on the outskirts of El Oued. Some staff were unpleasant and unhelpful—default response being “non, impossible”; others were friendly. Large swimming pool was welcome in the 35 degree heat. Room small and missing amenities. Buffet dining at all meals, ok salads, meat dishes were so-so at best. Not a lot of selection. French and English language skills at best haphazard. Seems to cater to a local business and affluent family crowd.

Arrived here at 6 PM when it was raining and left next day at 9 am. This didn’t allow for an appreciation of the facilities. Golf carts whisk you to your rooms. My aircon unit just blasted cool air in April. I had to ask them to turn on the radiator as it was cold. Free WIFI which works well. Good TV. Rooms are comfy and bathrooms huge. But there is no hair dryer. The floor is dusty but that is different from the rooms not being clean. There is a spa open until 6 pm. There’s a gym open until 10:30 pm, but they told me it closed at 6 pm and only called back to let me know hours at 9 pm… I got lost walking around at night trying to find the dining hall even if it was close to my room. There aren’t many lights on the villas and you have to walk to the door to see the numbers. Bring your phone or torch. There’s a gazelle pen and there was a bulldozer fixing the dune at the entrance to the resort. They offer 4 WD over the dunes. The staff try hard but sone speak no French. Dinner and lunch buffets very good. Vegetarians will be happy too. To have a resort of this quality in such a remote place is quite a feat.

I spend three days in a luxurious room as they say . the room was in a horrible condition so dirty and not look serious at all. outside yes it’s nice with all the palm trees but it’s obvious that the hotel has not been renovated since the opening. the food is normal The hotel stuff is nice but not qualified. Nothing reflect the expensive price and the five star. The only beautiful thing this hotel is the pool the palm trees and the desert. For me it’s a scam i’m sure I will never come back here. Not forget that in the entry the hotel is closed and the security guy need to ask you if you have room or are you just visiting and there is no COVID-19 protocol

En tant qu’Algerien je suis déçu de la prestation de cette hôtel .on viens pour la gazelle d’or on est mis à la Coupole C’est la première partie de l’hôtel rien à voir .Chambre salle ,problème de Clim 2 fois en 2 jour ,problème de porte impossible de rentrer dans ma chambre j’ai attendu 30 minutes ,toilette salle et le petit déjeuner c’est une blague faut arrêter .A la base c’est un complexe 5 étoiles mais je pense que se sont des étoiles filante ,c’est pas possible .Qualité du service 0 ,accueil des clients 0 . Point positif la piscine ,la vue sur les dunes et le personnel qui est o top à part 2-3 a l’accueil. C’est la première fois de ma vie que je met un commentaire sur un site c’est pour vous dire à quel point j’ai étais déçu de la prestation dans mon bled. Sur ce faites des efforts pour accueillir les clients et aller vous former dans le domaine du tourisme.

Es un hotel impresionante! Tienen hasta un zoo! Es enooooorme. Tiene varias piscinas, una de ellas grandísima. También puedes ir al Spa que incluye un gimnasio gratuito. Es cómo estar dentro del Sáhara con jaima y música tradicional por las noches. Incluso puedes ver fuegos artificiales. Las habitaciones siguen los estándares europeos y la comida está muy rica y variada incluyendo platos típicos. Además, todo el personal es súper simpático y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Es una auténtica maravilla incluso con villas para familias completas. Un 10 de 10 para vivir una gran experiencia.

Chambre magnifique. Matelas bien fermé. Un décor de rêve. Des palmiers par centaines le désert magnifique. Les activités top les quads quasi neuf. Promenade à dos de dromadaire et dans le désert étzit à couper le souffle. Le personnel a l'écoute et souriant du jardinier au réceptionniste. Franchement c'est à faire. Le spa une merveille
