The owner is a very warm, wonderful person! My family and I were very comfortable - they have great bathrooms, fantastic food (the dinner deserves a special mention), good rooms and the most sweet staff! Especially Nazir bhaiya. We had a great stay here. Thank you for the hospitality :)

Best location, clean and cosy rooms, best part in 24 hrs hot water supply which many hotels in Pahalgam lack. Very hospitable staff and good food prepared fresh on order. Ideal if you are travelling with kids. Would recommend to anyone coming to Pahalgam.

Stayed for couple of nights, nice room, food, and location. The location is right in the main market, so you can go for a walk to the market and come back anytime. Host was also nice and helpful Recommend for family and couple. Enjoyed the time !

Very prompt service. Had a nice experience throughout the stay. Clean rooms, clean dining and good housekeeping. Staying with small kids is also recommemdable. Smooth stay throughout. Beautiful window view and peaceful stay in main market area.

Good Hotel in Pahalgam located in prime area near to main market street. Hotel manager provides genuine information/ contacts about the pony ride, cabs , cloths prices. Pros : 1. Well maintained and clean Rooms with Rest rooms. 2. Good quality and tasty foods they provided 3. Hotel Manager and staffs are very responsive and taken care all our requests. 4. They provide Electric heater blanket to keep us warm during sleep. Cons: 1. Please avoid Room no. 101 because it is low roof height it has only 6 ft. Very difficult to move around. It is only suitable for kids. 2. Access road is narrow and no parking space available in the hotel.

The food they provide is great. Every rooms have best views. The heating system inside the bed is far better than any other hotel and also there is 55 inch TV, The interior of hotel and it's asthatic are very beautiful. The staff is also nice with you. You can visit it with your family, friends,....,...,...

Beautiful service , wonderful room with view , overall great experience. Had a great experience with the staff . Everyone is cooperative and well behaved. Position of the hotel is strategic . You also have a good parking area . People should obviously give it a try .
