When you shower the whole bathroom is wet, the toilet keeps running after flushing, hairs on the bed, sand on the floor, the room smelled horrible and it was very noisy. When I complained at the reception all I got was “sorry sir”. I’m not a sir..

Village hut style rooms are compact and non sound proof so your neighbor does hear u rocking the bed or squelchy floorboard while u walk around. 3 car lot just at front of hotel along a busy street that turn into a night market infused with scooters for rental and bars. Seconds away from street food. Lovely frog sounds while u sleep. Muzzie coil are provided daily. Simple breakfast menu and not bad chargrill steak at night. Housekeeping does provide random gift/staff every evening.

Suggest to take the balcony room to enjoy the ambience by the small stream running pass by. It s so good sitting at balcony. The property is very clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly and polite. Breakfast is a la cart but served as much as you want, which is good. The only pitfall staying would be the noise from the pub nearby. I was staying at the end of the property upstairs , still heard the music clearly. But that was friday night. Not sure whether the music would be this loud on weekdays.

Nice hotel situated near to the main walking street in Pai. Our ground floor room was spacious with a large bed and lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The toilet and shower were a little bit claustrophobic. The pool was clean at the start of our stay however turned a murky green colour in the last days.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the Quarter Pai. We had two rooms with a shared balcony for our family - two adults and two children. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated and the cleaning was effective. The hotel staff were helpful - for example using the pool net to rescue a small ball that nearly got lost under the low balcony outside our room. The pool was great for the kids and we spent lots of time playing in it. There are very shallow sections at one end for younger children. The reception staff were helpful and attentive, though sometimes google translate came in handy. The hotel is a a short walk out of town (5-10 minutes from the start of the main 'walking street') and the hotel runs a shuttle which is helpful on very hot days or in the rain. There was a lot of work going on at the hotel when we were there to spruce it up after the quieter times that all of the hotels in this area have experienced. Pai itself is lovely. There are tons of lovely small cafes and little shops. Lots of activities nearby. And it's easy to get to with a 3-4 hour bus journey from Chiang Mai. The hotel breakfast was good.

The villa is beautiful, though the walk from the check in to the villa is far (we got the river view) so not for those handicap people to lug bags around. The spa pool in the room are not cleaned, so it's a waste of one of the best features. The entrance is hard to find so try not to go at night, one 1 staff working that I saw for check in, the walk to the villa is also quite dark. TIPS: Quite alot of insect, so bring your own insecticide if you hate bugs. They have a hot spa pool though, bring your swim suit.

Lovely hotel, perfect walking distance from Pai centre. Free shuttle also offered. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Big mugs for coffee, large bowls for cereal. Eggs made to order. Loved the finishing touches, robes, local soaps and herbal washes. Room is perfect, views to die for. Absolute value for money, would certainly book every time. My baby catered for with extra water, towels and a huge comfy cot.

Хороший отель в стиле бунгало на окраине Пая. Добраться до Пая отсюда можно только на байке или велосипеде, далеко. Зато на территории красивые виды на горы и поле с прудом, сама территория большая. Домики полностью деревянные, есть горячая вода, умывальник, кровать, вентилятор. Если нравится отдых в сельском стиле - вам сюда. Нужен отель, точно не про это место. После заката, если проголодались или нудна вода-нужно ехать в Пай. Из минусов, если попадутся шумные соседи (домики близко друг от друга-слышимость очень высокая)

PPengguna TetamuThis resort is perfectly located a few short miles from the busy activity of Pai town and major tourist attractions. The bungalows are spread across the landscaped terraces, separated by flowering trees and fish ponds. The resort sits among the rice fields of the Pai River valley, with views of mountain ranges on two sides. The setting is peaceful -- with the sounds of tree frogs, wild birds, geckos and the occasional farm animal providing a natural orchestra. The new owner, Vanda, is a fantastic hostess and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and you have the information you need to make the most out of Pai's many attractions. In Jan 2023 the resort installed new, spring mattresses and upgraded internet service and wifi technology to the best available in Thailand. The free, high-speed wifi service is available resort-wide, making the Pond Terrace a perfect shared workspace for digital nomads and those traveling for work. The breakfast options (included in the price) included Muesli with yogurt or honey, French Toast, or full American Breakfast. Fresh tropical fruit from local farms is included with each. Finally, the coffee options included American coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte made from freshly ground coffee beans from northern Thailand. We have lived and travelled in Thailand for 8 years. This resort ticks all the boxes! We will return--often!

PPengguna TetamuQuaint little oasis in the Pai village.Booking was done via TRIP and it was almost impossible to reach the resort prior to the trip. Do arrange your own transport to the resort although it says its complimentary pickup. Once you get to the resort, everything is worth the hassle. Beautiful resort setting with wonderful and attentive waiting staff. Somsak was really attentive to our needs and took the effort to make recommendations on places to go and eat. All other lady staff were super cute and friendly, it felt like home and we were very well taken care of. Thank you Oai crew

MMaruKotyIt was the best place I stayed in in a while. For the amazing price, around 700 thb ( prices may vary depending on season)we had our room cleaned every day bedsheets changed and towels, swept and tidied. Plus there is a marvelous breakfast 6 or 7 different ways they make eggs for you.Tea coffee and all you can eat toasts 😅 served with butter or 2 different jams. Around 10-15 minutes to the Pai walking street and 3 minutes walk to the nearest motorcycle rental 👌. I recommend this place to every backpacker, couple or family travelers. There are rooms options with or without air-conditioning too. It's really peaceful and staff is super kind and friendly. Thank you for making our holiday much better 🧡.

I moved to this hotel from another hotel in pai which was even more expensive but not as good. This hotel is located in a small street but very close to the centre It has only 11 rooms, Very clean rooms are beautifully decorated, From the upper floors you can see gorgeous mounting view The service was excellent I am vegan so they made me special breakfast every day, tasty vegetable soup and asked me always if I want a different dish Highly recommend Book in advance

PPengguna TetamuPai Country Hut was the perfect place to finish our Mae Hong Son loop adventure. The rooms are really nice wooden huts which give out jungle vibes and are just a great place to relax. Ours had a private bathroom at the back which was great and all of them have seating outside the front plus a hammock to chill in. This was so relaxing that we spent most of our time in Pai just chilling out here. Breakfast is simple toast with some spread and a bunch of fruit, coffee and tea which is perfect to start your day with. The location is great in our opinion. Since it's on the other side of the river to the main part of town it's much much quieter and it's only a couple minutes walk to be in the hustle and bustle of the town. We highly recommended staying here if you're coming to Pai!

PPengguna TetamuOut of a two-week road trip in northern Thailand Baan Chok Dee Pai resort was the worst place we stayed in. The rooms are really tired, not very clean and generally run down. The bed was quite firm which is normal for Thailand, and the room felt quite damp and musty smelling. The room did have a fridge and kettle which was good, and the shower had a good temperature and pressure. We did not use the pool, but it did look clean. The breakfast was poor, the eggs were cold and there was not a very good choice. The resort was used by groups of young people on organised trips, so I don’t think they would have paid the £25 a night as we did. All in all, I think Pai in general is ripping off the young back packers, who clearly do not realise that they can get far superior rooms in other towns, so there is no reason for the resorts in Pai to charge so much, this resort should not even charge 400 baht for these rooms.

PPengguna TetamuIf you're looking for a truly immersive cultural experience, this is the place for you. It wasn't quite what I expected, but in a unique and memorable way. The ”cottage room” was charming but different from what I anticipated. It had no windows, except for the door, and the walls were constructed with bamboo, and for the windows there were branches that created gaps instead of traditional glass windows. As a result, I could hear the loud music from neighboring guests and the constant hum of traffic from the nearby road. Thankfully, earplugs were provided to help dull the noise.
I stayed in early November, when the weather was cool and rainy, so it wasn’t uncomfortable, but I imagine it could be much less pleasant during the summer months, despite the fan provided in the room. The communal bathroom is separate from the cottages but has a cozy, quaint feel.
The hostess was an absolute delight—welcoming, warm, and kind-hearted. Her generosity made the stay even more special. Overall, it was a one-of-a-kind experience that I won't soon forget.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI had a great stay here. Location was perfect for me. You can have a breakfast watching river and take a walk along the river. It is located in the corner of Pai walking street, so you can walk to walking street any time. Also, it is close to the Pai bus terminal( walking distance). Room was spacious and clean. But, don’t expect like 4star hotel service here. There is no receptionist. There is a lady doing multi roles(working at front desk, hotel restaurant,…I am sure many more). She was busy but very helpful. I enjoyed my staying here and I will book this hotel again next time when I travel to Pai.
