無人員很親切而且態度很好，雖然離市區有一點點距離但是服務人員還是很積極的跟我們說可以幫忙帶我們 環境非常接近大自然讓我們身心都覺得很放鬆，讓我們度過一個愉快的假期

Nice sized rooms, views over water, clean and comfortable. Location not good if you don't have transport. Close to the Memorial Bridge and Grand Canyon. Very quiet and a good place for a stop over. We had trouble finding it as Google Maps had the location wrong.

我非常享受住在這裏的三天時光。這裏位置優越,位於市中心,房間擁有現代化的裝飾,很乾凈,還能享受免費wifi。一層非常漂亮,中間有個大型的木製涼亭,鋪有舒適的坐墊,還有各種書籍。服務員們都親切友好,樂於助人,尤其是Neung,很熱心的(在地圖上)為我們指出酒店內外的遊玩之處。她人很有才,真的讓我覺得備受歡迎,備受珍視。我以後肯定還會再來。

Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk en heel erg behulpzaam personeel, ruime tweepersoons verblijven. Een rustig onderkomen op een paar minuten afstand van het bruisende Pai. De huisjes zijn gelegen in een prachtige tuin, en er zit een restaurant bij waarin ontbijt en eten te verkrijgen is.

Nicely located by the river & right behind the main walking street in Pai. Pleasant and friendly staff at reception, lovely breakfasts and nice surroundings. Our cottage was pretty spacious and clean, good air con and wi-if. Little terrace with chairs & table outside was great as well. Basically everything you need and more, nothing to fault at all. Good value for your money, that’s for sure. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Recommended!

The hotel is located a little further away from the city centre which is around 20 mins by walking, breakfast is included and the room is pretty clean. The service of the owner is exceptional, since I am not driving a scooter he offered to give me a ride to the town! Overall I had a pleasant stay!

It is situated rather far away from the walking street but made up by the free transport arrangement to bring guests to and back from the town centre where eateries and bars are located. The single pro and con are both related to its location and accessibility. Furthermore, from the micro perspective, accessibility is also about within the premises. It is certainly not wheel chair friendly and those carrying luggages should avoid upper floor as it is staircase only. In fact I think the hotel management should advise its customers that they should not bring their luggage along to check in but after checking in at the counter, then bring the luggage via the carpark slop, to avoid climbing steps to reach their rooms My second take on this lace is that while it is named a resort and indeed its external environment is a resort like setting, the rooms need to maintain a certain degree of upkeep in housekeeping. The bathroom is certain ly below expectation - at best 2-star. I am not sure why the handle of the shower is made entire of metal as when hot water passes through it, it is quite impossible to hold it without being “burned”. The water pressure of the heater is inconsistent thus resulted in uneven passing out of hot water, making balancing a continuous fussing game. It is such a pity that such minus issues are overlooked by the hotel management which may affect retuning customers.

Meine Frau buchte ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel. Als ich ankam zeigte man mir die Unterkunft, ein alter Wohnwagen. Okay, rustikal, kein Problem. Ich legte meine Sachen in den Wohnwagen und ging wieder, ohne mich groß umzusehen. Das war ein Fehler! Wir kamen in der Nacht erst wieder und dann sahen wir die Bescherung. Alles alt und vergammelt. Besonders die Nasszelle war widerlich. Schimmel und verrostete Teile. Okay, wir hatten nun nichts anderes. Das Bett war groß und wir konnten jede Feder der Matratze fühlen. Am nächsten Tag zeigte ich die Bilder dem Besitzer. Er erzählte mir was von Booking.com. Ich sagte ihm, nicht Booking.com ist verantwortlich für dieses Loch sonder er. Wir sollten 1.700 THB für die Nacht bezahlen. Nach dem ich gedroht hatte, allen die beim Frühstück saßen, die Bilder zu zeigen, schwenkte er um und wir mussten nichts bezahlen. Hat aber sofort bei Booking.comm storniert, so dass wir da keine Bewertung mehr abgeben können. Ich halte es für eine Frechheit, so ein Loch überhaupt anzubieten! Und dann noch zu diesem Preis!

Great scenery, friendly staff comfortable beds and clean rooms & bathrooms

I only stayed 2 nights after long motorbike trip, it was relaxing. I didnt have to leave the resort, i had food delivered, sat by the pool all day, and in the evening the lady that makes the drinks gave me a special massage in my room. I dindn't have to go into town for anything. I feel well rested. Oh the AC didnt work and smelled like mold. Next time will stay longer.
