Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

We had an immersive and very fulfilling experience at Araiya Norwood Palampur. And why not it was our 3 rd stay at Araiya and by god grace many more to come. Head chef ARUN was exceptional as usual as well as other chefs. Mr. Pankaj was also very professional and mighty helpful in our stay. All other staff was excellent.

The hotel is very nice and we were here for the corporate visit, we had awesome experience here and the food is very tasty and the ambiance of room is very nice and the staff is very cooperative and helpful specially Mr. Varun, Mr. Jagmohan and Mr. Vishal made our stay very comfortable and always available for us, made are gala dinner rememberable.

The property is awesome. Manager Vishal is very caring and honest. Shashi Kapoor and Ms. Aashu including all staff are very careful. Property is Full of mesmerizing scenes and food quality is very higienic. We visited for two days.I spent quality time.

A Luxe property, beautiful location, picturesque landscape surrounded by Dhauladhar mountain range. Such a peaceful atmosphere. Special appreciation for Mr. Varun Sharma (Executive Housekeeper) for having an amazing eye for detail which keeps this property spic and span. Thanks to Mr. Vishal Jatiyal (Duty Manager) who assisted us with all requests and gave and early checkin and late checkout as well with an upgrade which was not less than a cherry on the top of the cake. Mr. Shashi Kapoor from Front Desk who assisted us for everything we required and Mr. Arun and Mr. Jagmohan from F&B department for serving us an amazing food which was just of our choice. It will be injustice to not mention the name of rest of the departments and staff as they all are working as a team to operate this report up to the standards.

We went to Araiya in August 2024 it's been a wonderful stay at this property...it's a luxury boutique hotel with tastefully done rooms...well trained and courteous staff and views that are beyond Gorgeous...nestled atop a pine forest this hotel overlooks mountains and a valley...the food is good and the infinity pool is temperature controlled
