Hotel berhampiran Ipershop di Palermo

Been in this location between the 11th and 18th of August . I`ve visited severals hotels in Palermo due to the fact my family lives there, but always stayed in 4 stars and above. So, I was wondering what time was going to be. Wow , I was wrong! Reception : Extremely friendly service at arrival , the girl ( julia, i guess ) was absolutely wonderful on explaining us all the hotel`s facilities and times and showing good care for us. Room : An exquisite room with an AMAZING view , we took the one with balcony, we could see the whole city, fridge freezer full of different drinks, and several bathroom towel . And honestly , I`m very clean freak , and that room was spotless. Facilities: To find an Hotel in palermo with swimming pool wasn`t easy ...but with 3 swimming pools I reckon impossible, in the end of the day Palermo is a city surrounded by beaches so , not many are really keen on stay at the pool, but because of the location of the Hotel , those pool were the best, expecially the one that look at the city, fantastic. Restaurant : If you wondering where to eat , you have 2 choices , or going around in Palermo with the crazy traffic and been ripped off by a turistic restaurant or... enjoy an amazing service and the restorant ( i capricci di Cristian ) at the 5th floor of the hotel. OMG! the pizza was perfection. The pasta dishes pure art, and the desserts so delicate. I almost had dinner everyday in there, obviously a la cart...and even reasonable prices. The service was spot on, restaurant was full but 2 waiters managed to run it smoothly. Breakfast included : I`m italian by blood , so I didn`t mind croissant in the morning , but my partner is english , so he could choose a nice savoury breakfast with parma ham , salami etc...drinks were included too, which I was expecting it...and even if you see the orange juice coming from a machine , was actually quiet nice. Location: I knew what I was going to get , the hotel is far from the city and a taxi can be quiet pricy from there ....but ....surprise ....they have a transport service from the hotel to city center and back to the hotel, just following their timelines but 14euros p/p with return , I thought was a bargain , a taxi would had cost us about 80 euros (not joking). I had the chance to congratulate the Hotel Director , a very nice man that walks around doing basically anything he can do to make that place even better, I saw him cleaning , I saw him serving at the kiosko near the pools, telling people off from the glass that face the pool ( obviously for not respecting the rules ) this guy is amazing I must say. Conclusion : 3 Stars ? MMMmmmhhh I`m not sure, I`ve been in many 4 stars in Palermo and they were absolutely horrible . This structure deserve more than 3 stars, I truly reccomend it , and we will definitely come back. Thanks to the staff and management .

A very professional establishment who provides excellent service and attention to detail. The food was fresh, the rooms clean and orderly, and the staff ws friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to any traveler without reservation.

I read the bad reviews on Skyscanner and was skeptical about it. But trust me, in complete Sicily we booked various hotels and this was one of the best, with complete English speaking staff, more than excellent freshly prepared breakfast and the variety in breakfast was uncountable, it was tasty and fresh.. The staff was amazing, car parking available, good Ambience... 5 star from my side...

Super hôtel : très bonne qualité, design en ayant conservé du charme. Restaurant : très bonne qualité et cadre fantastique Accueil à l'hôtel et au restaurant vraiment top. Je n'ai pas testé le SPA, car le séjour était trop court (seulement 1 nuit) Je recommande vivement cet hôtel - restaurant

Recorriendo las estrechas y tortuosas calles de Monreale, llegamos a este pequeño hotel. El hotel no tiene parking, pero hay dos parking cercanos (zona azul), aunque visto lo visto, la gente aparca en cualquier esquina. El desayuno sencillo, pero bien, puedes elegir entre dulce o salado, y te ofrecen café y zumo. Las camas cómodas. El baño ”poco” aprovechado, la ducha demasiado pequeña, y el váter con poca potencia, digamos que una de nosotros dejó un inquilino, y tuvieron que expulsarlo los del hotel, eso sí, lo hicieron mientras estuvimos fuera. Hay que avisar del check in por WhatsApp, nos atendieron bastante rápido. El hotel no tiene WiFi.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, dadurch sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht gutes Englisch. Das Ganze Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was der Hotel allerdings einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig aber nichts besonderes. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung.

Abbiamo optato per questa struttura affascinati dalle tante recensioni positive e dalla posizione strategica in pieno centro a Monreale e devo dire che non state deluse le aspettative. Il proprietario ci ha subito accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità consigliandoci le spiagge migliori, la visita alla cattedrale e persino dove mangiare . La stanza che ci ha gentilmente concesso non era quella prevista da prenotazione ma una molto più spaziosa e più bella, dotata di ogni comfort , con una terrazza magnifica che abbiamo gradito molto. Peccato che la colazione non sia compresa malgrado ciò il mio voto non può essere che positivo. Grazie se passeremo di nuovo a Monreale torneremo de voi!

Shameful the treatment received by this hotel that after having booked and PAID for our room more than ONE AND A HALF MONTH earlier (attached payment document), warns us a few hours after arriving in Palermo that our room has been given to other people (is not available!). This is already outrageous, but in addition they allow themselves to try to deceive us by offering us accommodation on the outskirts of Palermo and on another hotel with lower category when the LAW REQUIRES that, in these cases, the client concerned must be given a room in the same or a higher category and in the same area. It is clear that I am going to warn everyone who comes to Palermo (Sicily) PLEASE, NOT TO BOOK AT THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!. Because if they have done this to us going with a travel agency, I can’t imagine what they will not do with people traveling on their own, with kids or with older people who are easier to deceive. This is the type of management of a hotel that must be removed forever. This type of actions give a bad reputation to tourism in the whole country and should be monitored by the relevant authorities.

It’s a clean and safe comfortable single room - a little dated in itself but higher quality hotel than most with breakfast and dinner served on the ground floor with some panache - staff very helpful and kind
