Fantastic hotell with exceptional good service. The reception hjelped organise trips we wanted, or whatever we needed before and during our stay. The Rooms were Big and beautiful and huge bed. It was cleaned twice a day. Always fresh towels and at night a night time chocolate on your bedstand. The breakfast outstanding. A short walk to Main streets. Loved this hotell and its staff.

Fantastic views, wonderful accommodations, superb service and great, yummy food! This is the place to stay in Palermo! It is outside the hustle and bustle of Palermo, but it’s easy to get to the main center with their free shuttle. After visiting many sites and shops within the city for a few days, it was so nice to come back to the quiet beautiful grounds of Villa Igiea. Our friends stayed within the town and said it was noisy. We had a wonderful stay. The concierge staff even helped us find the little street where my grandfather lived as a boy. We ate at bother there restaurants and tried their cocktail bar…The restaurants Florio and Alicetta were the BEST meals we had on our entire trip!And their breakfast was wonderful as well. And the bar is in a spectacular setting with great cocktails! We were so blown away by the entire perfect package this hotel has to offer. Salute to the entire staff from the doormen to the front desk to the housekeepers. Loved, loved this place!

We stayed for 4 nights earlier this month, using the apartment as a base to explore Palermo. Our one bedroom apartment on the second floor was very spacious with lots of living space, a handy kitchen/dining room and separate bedroom with a balcony. It was light and airy. The bathroom was functional although the shower was on the small side. It contained a washing machine which came in handy as the weather was very warm! The staff at this place were friendly and helpful. Even though the apartments are not in the centre of the action there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores etc. Shout out to the Orient Express cafe. The only negative thing I have to say is that when we first arrived the apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes, which as non-smokers was a bit off putting. Luckily it dissipated quickly.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Palermo tra mare arte e cibo, soggiornando in questa struttura... che dire? Non potrei essere più soddisfatta della mia scelta. Un elenco di tutti i punti di forza della struttura: Camera e bagno molto grandi e moderni; Pulizia impeccabile (n.b. è un aspetto cui faccio molto caso e controllo sempre anche i dettagli e a memoria, è uno dei migliori in assoluto in quanto a pulizia) Il bagno, non solo è molto ampio e sempre pulitissimo, ma, con le sue finiture nere opache, il pianale in marmo, uno specchio larghissimo e una doccia ”camminabile” è un vero e proprio lusso; La colazione, che arriva direttamente dal bar, è molto buona (da provare il cornetto alle mandorle che è veramente una delizia; molto buono anche il cappuccino e le uova); Il proprietario è sempre disponibile per consigli, indicazioni, suggerimenti di ogni genere (cibo, spiagge, ristoranti, bar... ecc.) Ci sono varie comodità messe a disposizione, come: prodotti da bagno molto gradevoli con diverse profumazioni, macchinetta per il caffè, bollitore di acqua; microonde; frigobar; grucce; doppi cuscini; scrivania; tanto spazio per poggiare tutte le proprie cose... ecc. Posizione centrale in zona molto sicura e tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo vicino a tutti i principali punti di interesse della città (il palazzo a primo impatto può sembrare un po' fermo agli anni Settanta, ma non lasciatevi suggestionare, una volta entrati negli Apartments è tutto nuovissimo). Unico suggerimento: Forse manca una doppia presa accanto al letto per poter mettere con più facilità i cellulari in carica durante la notte.

Un lujo! Nos alojamos tres noches con mi esposo en este absolutamente acogedor lugar. Mucho más que un B&B, casi un pequeño hotel de lujo. La habitación amplia (Grande Charme), con todas las comodidades y más... colchón y almohadas mullidas, ropa de cama y toallas de excelente calidad, posibilidad de música funcional, cafetera, tetera y chocolates en la habitación, tv con servicios de streaming, aire aondicionado. En el baño, amenities de calidad, secador y plancha para el cabello y hasta loción para el rostro. Nosotros no incluimos el desayuno para nuestra estancia pero el lugar donde se servía se veía delicado y tentador. También hay una sala de estar donde pasar el rato. En todo el alojamiento resaltan los detalles de decoración y buen gusto y la dedicación y empeño que han puesto para que sea sienta muy acogedor. El alojamiento está situado en un segundo piso por ascensor en un edificio en zona residencial. No cuenta con disponibilidad de estacionamiento y si andas con automovil, lleva tiempo encontrar un sitio libre en la calle (como sucede en toda la ciudad), pero a unas dos cuadras existe un parking de pago. Destaco la atención de Valeria, quien se mantuvo en contacto permanente con nosotros desde antes del checkin, nos aconsejó sobre paseos y lugares a visitar cuando la conocimos, super amable y atenta. Y frente a un problema imprevisto con el agua en nuestro último día ( imprevisto que no era responsabilidad de ella en absoluto), se disculpó con una atención sobre nuestra estancia. Abbiamo affittato la stanza per una notte. Molto bella, ampia, con soffito in legno e travi a vista, le pareti di pietra, pulita, profumata, accogliente e con tutti i comfort disponibili. Situata in cento Palermo zona stadio, è inserita in una coorte intima e ben tenuta; insomma una chicca nel cuore di Palermo. Aspetto molto importante stanza completamente insonorizzata! Assolutamente consigliato

Stayed here for three days while visiting Sicilly. Our room was large, clean, with tea and coffee making facilities. There was also a safe in our room. The toiletries were good. Enjoyed the art on the walls. Breakfast was organised in half hour time slots so there was no crowding , and the food was good. It would have been good if the reception had more information for holiday travellers. Reception staff did give information when asked, some reception staff more helpful than others
