A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Palma, but quiet also. Immediately the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Service was very good and the spa and roof terrace were very enjoyable. Would recommend thoroughly

I've been in alot of hotels in my life; however, Hotel Gloria reaches new hights of excellence! From the minute we arrived till the end of our stay, it was pure perfection! What captured my eye by the booking, was the impressive look of the hotel. A palace setting with high beam ceilings and stone walls, with the perfect interior design. A groto-like pool and Spa area for intimate relaxation as well as a rooftop pool and lounge area for sunning, chilling and maybe a sundowner cocktail. The room was exactly as pictured in the hotel website, actually, even more impressive when you walk in, due to the impressive stonework, beamed ceiling and tasteful lighting. You feel comfortable and happy immediately! There was even little tapas or cookies in the room awaiting us everyday, as well as fresh chilled and room temperature drinking water. Every detail of this hotel has been luxuriously planed and tastefully created. The beautiful cocktail bar was one of the highlights of our stay. After walking all day in Palma, it was wonderful to relax with a nightcap at our own hotel bar, with our incredible bar staff (who already knew what we wanted to drink). Aside from the beauty and luxury of Hotel Gloria, it is the STAFF who make it 6 star luxury! I have never been in a hotel with such wonderful employees. The reception and concierge service is the best i've ever experienced, at any hotel in the world. there wasn't anything they couldn't do for us. The kitchen and service staff as well as the bar tenders, were simply amazing. everyone goes above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast was far better than any hotel I've been to, due to the choices of fresh created quality food, as well as a buffet of fine homemade spanish cuisine. As we were celebrating our anniversary, even the cleaning staff catered to us and put rose petals in the shape of a heart, on our bed. The cleaning staff at hotel Gloria, runs a tight ship! Everything is impeccably clean! I mean, pristine clean!! the room was cleaned everyday, and kept in perfect order. you could eat off the floors, it was so clean. The public areas are also kept impeccably clean. They are friendly, kind and always greet with a smile. This hotel won my heart all around! If I ever get to Palma again, I definitely will go back here. it's our home away from home, but in top luxury. We miss the staff, like family! Thank you for the magical stay, Hotel Gloria!!

The hotel itself is in a historic building, but updated cleverly with beautiful luxurious modern design (lighting, fixtures, decor, etc). Joachim and the other staff at Gloria St Jaume are top hospitality professionals, welcoming us far beyond expectations. We happened to visit on my birthday and cannot imagine a nicer place to be. Thanks to all for a most memorable stay.

This is the most amazing hotel in an inner city that I have ever stayed in. The staff were incredible, special mention to Joaquin and Ro. There was nothing they couldn’t do for us. We stayed for my wife’s 60th birthday celebration, she was made to feel extremely special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Palma.

Fabulous hotel, great staff, wonderful environment. Breakfast was delicious. Only negative was that it was noisy in our room in the mornings. The spa pool was amazing and although the roof top pool and area is very small, it was very nice. The toiletries were very nice and the pillow menu was excellent.

Our stay began with a complimentary welcome cocktail and croquettes in the stunning and charming cocktail bar, which provided a lovely ambiance. The staff at Glòria consistently go above and beyond. Every team member, from the waitstaff and bar staff to housekeeping, was fantastic. Special recognition goes to Daniel, who exemplified outstanding service. The entire team ensures that nothing is too much trouble. Daniel arranged a massage, which was truly amazing and highly recommended. The treatment room was beautiful, enhancing the overall experience. The rooftop pool area is a slice of heaven. With ultra-comfortable sun loungers, it is a perfect suntrap for relaxing with an afternoon cocktail. Breakfast at Glòria is unparalleled—the best I've ever had. The selection includes high-quality continental dishes and an extensive menu of hot dishes, featuring a full English breakfast, eggs benedict, various toasts (including smoked salmon and avocado), and much more. Freshly squeezed juices and Cava are available for those indulging. The hotel's location is perfect, with everything just an 8-minute walk away. The stunning rooms feature free-standing baths, champagne, and beautiful flowers, as part of the romantic package. You will not be disappointed with a visit to this hotel. I cannot wait to return.

We came to visit the hotel because we’re planning to stay in Mallorca in a few months and we wanna find the bestest option. Everything was amazing and the staff were incredible nice and charm, specially Nuria. We’ll definetly book a room for summer!

We were very disappointed in the attitude of this hotel particularly Daniel the Manager. My wife fainted after checkin when we were through security and our bags had to be taken off the flight. We rang and told the hotel we couldn’t make it at 2.45pm within the 72 hours and were fully prepared to pay one night. However they were very unreasonable and charged us 3 night the full trip. Daniel the Manager did not call us back after them saying he would. We sent our boarding passes and bag tags as requested. Can not recommend this hotel as feel they acted very unreasonably and did not expect this from a hotel of this quality.

Perfect hotel to stay at in Palma. Location perfect. Service perfect. Rooms perfect. Excellent breakfast. Spa is quite nice. Hotel itself is beautiful. But the service is what really stands out. Every single employee goes out of their way to make your stay perfect.
