房間網絡不好。提出後還是立即來對應的，很有歷史感。希望復古的旅行者可以考慮。否則還是入住對面的卡布基諾賓館為好。

I have had the good fortune in staying in a large percentage of the world's best hotels. After spending last week in the Can Cera Suite at the Can Cera Mallorcan Luxury House I can say that the staff there is probably the most consistently best I have ever encountered. There are only 14 rooms and the staffing ratio is very high. Everyone is helpful, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. They booked every dinner and every excursion and everything they booked was flawless. They dealt with our difficult requests (like bringing us a million clothes hangers and emptying mini bars and doing tons of laundry) as if these things were reasonable and normal. The location can't be beat, the hotel is in the middle of Palma near the Cartier boutique and great Gelato and shopping. Most restaurants we had dinners at were within a 10 minute walk. The suite itself was large and nice, but there was also a huge amount of common space to use for such a small hotel. My only suggestion would be to add a chest of drawers in the Can Cera Suite. Thank you for a memorable vacation with my partner and a friend! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had such a great stay! We couldn't ask for any better. Staff were amazing, beyond helpful and full of joy! Location was great, tucked right in the mix of the old town, based next door to the most amazing features that Palma has to offer. The infrastructure of the hotel is stunning, with old Mallorcan architecture. Would most definitely recommend to anyone who would like to have an enjoyable/well looked after Mallorcan experience! Looking forward to be back sometime soon!

From the moment my wife and I arrived until we left three days later, the staff was attentive to every detail to make our stay comfortable. Our room was quiet and very nice. The bed was super soft, which helped getting over jetlag so much easier. The location was excellent. The Cathedral, shopping, cafés and restaurants were all within walking distance. A special thanks goes to Giulia, the hotel’s manager, and to Jose, who was more than a concierge. Jose teamed with Giulia to attend to all their guests. We felt very special by the way we were treated. This luxury hotel is for those who wish to experience Mallorcan hospitality at its finest.

Top notch service in an elegantly appointed boutique hotel that is truly special! We were so enchanted by this beautiful "home"...it truly feels like you are a guest in a palace—and with staff to take care of your every need. The breakfast is also phenomenal!

Can cera is amazing. We felt taken care of before even getting to the hotel. And as soon as we entered the hotel, we felt taken care of 200%! Everything feels so heartfelt. The cava that was served while checking in, the breakfast, the hospitality, the energy at the hotel, cocktails, the parking, the enviroment. The huge bed, the bed linnens and cleaning. Everything. Thank you so much!

I booked this holiday in March but had to cancel because my wife was unwell, but thankfully they found space for us in May! The hotel is by some distance one of the best I’ve ever stayed and absolutely perfect for a short break, and of course to explore the island. From the moment we arrived Jose and the whole team looked after us brilliantly, offering a very full glass of the nicest red wine and escorting us around this little palace to our spacious junior suite. The breakfast was high quality: eggs made to order and a delicious and varied buffet of healthy breads, cereals, cold meats and cheeses. The team were always on hand to offer travel tips and top places to eat. All there is left for me to do is to go back to the UK and tell everyone I know what a gem of a place I was lucky enough to stay! Bravo!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is a small boutique style. We had a large room with 2 large windows to brighten up the dark walls. The food was excellent- breakfast and tapas. Located on a narrow, quiet street close to many attractions in the old town. I would definitely return to the hotel in Palma.
