My husband booked our holiday and put in a couple of requests for our stay. He asked for a top floor room with a sea view, which we paid extra for sea view and asked to be in the main hotel. Arrived at hotel and was taken to our room, which was not top floor or in main part of hotel, we were put in the anex of hotel right above the shops, and the sea view we paid for, well buildings and trees to look through fir it!!! When we git into the room, we were absolutely shocked with what we had been allocated. The walls were mouldy and actual growths on the ceiling and walls. We went straight back to reception and asked to be moved, they were really not that bothered with what we had asked for. I am also asthmatic and was concerned with the growths in the room. We had to stay in this room for the night and eventually were moved into main part of hotel. Still didn't get what we requested. I didn't think the staff were very helpful and were quite rude at times. The breakfast was good and the staff who worked in the dining area were good, but reception staff were quite poor. We will not be staying there again

Stayed here with friends for a week half board. The reception, lounge, bar and restaurant are very clean and feel freshly refurbished. The saff are very friendly especially Anna and Mari. The food quality and selection was good and our thanks go to Paco the chief. I would recommend staying in the main block of the hotel. We had rooms in a separate block and the bathroom were dated. The shower in the bath were poor and a couple of our rooms had drainage spells. We would return but would book a sea view room in the main block of the hotel.

We arrived at 11am to be told the rooms would not be ready until 3pm so just be prepared. You could not access WiFi until you had a room number. Luckily a guest gave us the code whilst we waited around the hotel. There was supposed to be a bottle of something as it was my special birthday. Jet2 had requested this with the hotel and my friend had also emailed. Nothing in the room when we got in. The manager did give us all a glass of Prosecco as we were all not happy about room times. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The toaster, be prepared as it really does take ages to do. The jacuzzi’s were not working. The roof top bar was closed and really needs refurbishing. The sauna- well we didn’t find that! The breakfast upon leaving was supposed to be Continental as we were leaving at 7am. No croissants as mentioned, no cold milk for cereals. No butter. We would’ve been better going MacDonalds. The staff were lovely though. Other people were also complaining of various things and we found out there was a big staffing issue. The hotel pool is quite small but the beach is only across the road.

nice room 416 quiet but the shower in bath top without anything to hold on and slippery, shower very high up , you have to be very careful not to fall . had to shower on the beach. breakfast very nice and friendly personal . the 2 men in the reception could be a little more friendly to velcome you . the roof top sundeck need a handyman - both toiletdoors were broken up and could not lock - the deal floor had loose boards-tile broken . ok Chairs -no serving

Great location right on the beach. Nice and clean with lovely staff. Anna and Regina were very welcoming and looked after you throughout. Our room was perfect so thank you to the lovely chap who booked us in upon arrival. Breakfast plentiful and good choice The Murphs

Just back from a weeks stay, at the agua beach hotel. Can't fault the hotel, staff, and food. Rooms are serviced daily and cleanliness through out the hotel is spot on. Food is varied at dinner, and hot, unlike some hotels I've been in. Breakfast again hot and varied plenty of choice. Staff at breakfast and dinner very welcoming and polite, as were reception staff. Overall very very happy with my stay. Couple of issues I did have were sorted without any problems, but these would affect my overall 5 stars, .deffo would stay if returning to palma nova.hotel opposite the beach and a number of restaurants close by bus stop to palma 2 minute walk away with a very regular service. Thank you everyone!!

Paid for sea view so asked for high floor when booking and by email week before arrival also don't allocate us in the part of the hotel above the shops we arrived and was put above shops so asked to move was put on the 2nd floor in the main hotel very limited sea view was told high floor not possible really not what we wanted to hear the reception really didn't seem to care The rest of our holiday was ok breakfast ok and the bar ok swimming pool is small limited beds plenty bars and restaurants in area with beach across the road Just not happy how the room problem was dealt with or not dealt with by the reception staff and to be put in the part of the hotel we asked not to be allocated in above shops and the road for this reason we won't return to the agua beach hotel

Location was excellent just across the road from the beach . Hotel updated and very clean . Breadfast was amazing . Staff were very helpful and friendly all over the hotel. Restaurants close by . Bars with live music within walking distance. Don't forget to check out upstairs . You won't be disappointed.

Great hotel. Fantastic location, beach ⛱️ excellent straight across the road. Staff really good especially at breakfast. Good location for restaurants and bars. Supermarket just next door. Hotel a little tired but would love to go again
