PPengguna TetamuInternet didn't work much, sometime is on but most of the time off. TV was large but picture was not center so could not read far right and control does not work all the time, we had trouble turning on and off, had to tried push buttons many time before finally worked. Hotel should provide couple of wash towels and glass drinking cups instead style form cups. it is not important but would have been nice to have lotion. Love the flooring because it is not carpet like most of hotel, feels much more clean. bed were comfortable. breakfast buffet was good.

RRashidabyMy stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

PPengguna TetamuLocation of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaExcellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean.
The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

We stayed here for 10 days, however 1 single issue did confuse & upset us:
Here was the scenario explained to them:
- 10 nights of stay
- guest A&B stayed for the first 6 days.
- guest A alone 7th day
- guest A&C the last 3 nights.
Told them upfront that 1 guest leaves & another will join later. They charged $27.5/day, admin fee to change a guest name!? This was after suggesting that we cancel with Trip.com & rebook again with the correct names. We told them it doesn’t make sense to do that & it was disappointing that they couldn’t offer any solution to a customer who just gave them 10 days of business & being a Riu Class member loyal to this chain.

PPengguna TetamuPositive: The proximity to the airport, the free shuttle service, the breakfast buffet is sufficient, the pool, the gym (although small is fine for a temporary workout).
Negative: The sheets seem to be losing their original white color even though they looked washed or clean. TV channels not very varied.

TTravel Addict90During our stay, we noticed the curtains and lampshade in the room were disappointingly dirty. While most staff members were friendly, one front desk staff handled a situation with a soiled pillowcase unprofessionally. Although we were willing to pay $10 each for replacements, addressing the issue by calling us to the front desk instead of discreetly visiting our room was awkward, especially with other guests present in the lobby. Additionally, the room was booked for three guests, so consistently having to request the third towel and coffee cup was extremely inconvenient. Despite these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.

PPieterBig disappointment. Booked it for the last 2 days of our holiday with intention to relax. They provided us with a room but we had to changed it after one night because they started to do some maintenance work on that floor. The second room had moist problems, a bad smell and a wet floor in the bathroom. People working there are very indifferent to their guests with some exception. Pool is nice but staff is very busy chatting with each other instead of looking after their guests. Way to overpriced. Much better options around with better pricing and service!
