The venue was nice and spacious, with amiable and accommodating bar staff. I enjoyed the location, it's close to the airport, it's a bit distant from the beaches. However, I encountered an issue with the Wi-Fi connection that didn't reach our room. Consequently, we had to leave the room or, at times, stay at the bar for connectivity. While the admin staff and a helpful individual attempted to assist (the beautiful girl with long hair), there was an instance of rudeness from another staff member who chose to communicate in Bisaya. Fortunately, I understood the language, but it struck me as impolite. In the hospitality industry, fostering a friendly environment is crucial, and improvement in this aspect is recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay at Henann Alona Beach. The hotel is big, and it was very busy during checkin, however they have so many pools that you don’t notice the amount of people. We had a great time in the poolbar at happy hour, and spent all our time at the resort! Restaurants could use a bit more healthy options and breakfast some more vegetarian (there wasn’t even a plain yoghurt or granola bar, and more unhealthy choices) options. If you go out of the resort you directly walk into a street full of bars and restaurants! Gym was very well equipped and rooms where good. Please improve the curtains, since they were not blacking out the room.

Very spacious rooms, with a seating area and fridge. The resort offers free transfer service to Arona. Located in a quiet place, away from the hassle of Arona and with a very nice pool area to relax Very friendly and helpful staff.

Best customer service eveer! From arrival to departure sobrang alaga.All the Staff always greet you with big smile. We requested for a single bed since may baby kami. Walang available, kaya inupgrade nila ang room namin for FREE. Also, they grant our request for a beach front anniversary dinner at no extra charge! The manager , Sir Rey was verryyyy hands on to the preparation. Food 10/10 delicious, and affordable Room 10/10 need lang siguro pagpapitin ang bidet since nasa right sya :) but no issue at all. Amenities 10/10 Staff and Crew 10/10 lahat approachable at mabait Service 20/10 🙌 wala akong masabi! Highly recommended. Thank you Lord for the favor!

Booked for 3 nights. Very accomodating front deak. I love that there are options for breakfast (included in the package) and they accomodate if you have an early Activity or flight to prepare or pack the breakfast early. Beach front, very nice location. Ilove the CR spacious and clean. Love the rooms and the cute pool. Ilove the vibe here especially during the night. Good access for sunrise.

I just wanted to thank Alona Pawikan for a the wonderful 5 nights stay! I did not regret booking here! The place is absolutely quiet and relaxing. The Staffs are all nice and always smiling! I highly recommend your place to everyone! Value for Money and Comfortable! I will come back in this Safe Haven in Bohol!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit. C'est une recommandation coup de cœur du Loonely Planet. Je pense que c'est à ré évaluer... Par rapport aux autres endroits où nous avons séjourné. L'endroit est relativement propre, l'accueil sympathique. La piscine est très très grande, bien entretenue. Mais l'endroit manque d'âme, aucun cachet, un bon coup d'anticalcaire serait appréciable sur les robinets. Nous avons eu quelques fourmis sur le lit. Le restaurant est bien mais rien d'incroyable. C'est très bien comme lieu de passage mais sans doute moins pour passer ses vacances. Il y a des serviettes pour la piscine à demander à la réception. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant vers 5h du matin, cela arrive.

Reservations team was so responsive and accommodating. Front desk staffs were more transactional. They can't seem to like interacting with guests since by the time we arrived until we checked out. F and B staffs were more courteous like saying Hi and hello. Housekeeping was helpful. Aircon works well. Room is clean. I love the hot and cold shower as well. We love the easy access to the pool. We had the room on the ground floor which is good for us. Minor issues : - they don't provide extra bed for extra person. Room towel as well. Very limited. However, we managed to ask pool towels from Hk team since we are mostly swimming and we really need extra towels. - front desk is just until 10pm so if you need anything, you have to check it before reception closes. But actually they have guard at night who was so helpful as well. I requested a bath mat from front desk and nothing came until i met a guy from Hk and he sent one. - though the front desk was not so helpful. Other team was able to fulfill their lapses. So its okay. We are not demanding people. its just that we lacked those in our room which are basic. Housekeeping must to check on this before check in time so we can reduce our time and effort. But overall, we had a great stay. We felt at home and we enjoyed the big pool. My son had a great time at the pool. The resort is like 5 minutes drive away from the beach. But theres tricycle outside. Kuya driver was so nice to us. Didnt demand for a high price unlike other tricycle drivers. If you need good tricycle driver. His plate number is #357.

We stayed at this beautiful resort last year to celebrate my nephew's 3rd birthday for 2 nights and 3 days. As far as I remember, we availed the discounted rates during Travel Expo in SMX. All of our requests were granted especially the simple birthday set up when we arrived. The room , beddings and CR are great, except for the location of the assigned room/villa everything is perfect. I informed that we have 2 senior citizens prior to booking, we were expecting rooms nearer to the restaturant. But, we really enjoyed our stay especially the buffet breakfast and ”calmly” atmosphere at the resort, the staff are polite and acommodating too. I recommend this place to my firends and give a chance, we will definitely stay again at this resort.
