Начну с плюсов: очень дружелюбный персонал, готовы помочь, всегда вежливы, классный бассейн + полотенца для бассейна, работает до 10 вечера, вкусные завтраки на выбор из пяти вариантов. Перед нашим заездом я писала на почту, мне оперативно ответили, предоставили трансфер в аэропорт. Сам отель достаточно новый, свежий, ухоженная территория. Есть бесплатный трансфер на пляж Алона. Так же можно в любое время набрать у бара горячей или холодной воды.
Из минусов, к отелю не относящихся напрямую: расположение немного на отшибе, вечером идти очень темно, дорога так себе, с висящими проводами и никак не освещена. По утрам начиная с трех-четырех часов орут петухи.
Из минусов, относительно самого отеля: за четыре дня нам ни разу не убрались в комнате и не поменяли полотенца. Возможно, нужно было самим об этом просить, но нас не предупредили об этом. В номере была сломана душевая лейка, а так же горячей воды не было, только теплея. Нет полотенца для лица, предоставляется только одно банное и малюсенькое для рук.

家具、寝具も気持ち良く、とてもセンスが良い宿だった。食べるものにも困らない場所にあり、昼も夜もアクティビティなしでも十分に楽しめた。とにかく立地が良く、少し小道を歩くとアロナパウィカンがある。朝は鶏の声で目覚める豊かな場所。バイクやクラクションの音でうるさいこともなく、快適な場所です。またパングラオ島に来るなら利用したい。チェックアウト時に聞いたら、スウェーデン人が作ったと言っていた。

Nous avons réserver cet établissement par erreur . Nous voulions réserver alona vida Beach qui est en front de mer mais l’appli nous a renvoyé vers cet hôtel . Je ne m’en suis pas rendue compte (faites attention en réservant ! Car il y’a deux hôtels qui portent le même nom un hôtel front de mer (alona vida beach) et cet hôtel là dans le centre (alona vida beach resort hill ) )
Toutefois nous ne sommes pas déçus : le personnel est gentil et arrangeant ; Les chambres spacieuses et propres . Par contre , pas de restaurent, pas de café dispo le matin à part expresso.
Il y’a un bar où on sert des snacks (nous ne l’avons pas essayé )
L’emplacement est ok proche du centre et à 900m environ de la plage (faut faire le tour car y’a une seule route qui mène à la plage )
L’impression générale est bonne

Первое что нужно знать, нормальной дороги к этому отелю нет. Сюда не приезжает такси. Остается только брать байк и ездить самим.
В целом сам отель хороший, есть бассейн, кафе, красивая территория.
В номере есть холодильник, чайник выдают по запросу, шкаф для одежды. Номер выглядит хорошо. Убираются по запросу.
Так как отель находится в джунглях, тут много живностей. По ночам что то скребет потолок, гекконы забираются в комнату и всю ночь орут.
Завтраки на выбор. Достаточно хорошие. Отдельное спасибо персоналу. Всегда вежливые и со всем готовы помочь 🙏

Мы бронировали 5 номеров. Из плюсов, поселили нас всех рядом. Завтраки включены. На выбор - 2 вида континентальных, филиппинский, фруктовый и панкейк. Однообразно, но сытно.
Убирают каждый день, но честно говоря не шибко тщательно. Один раз нам поменяли постель.
В отеле в ресторане играет каждый вечер группа с живым выступлением. Почти всегда там полная посадка. Еда в ресторане классная!
Отель находится на 1 линии. Рядом много ресторанчиков и других отелей. В общем, не плохо.
Из минусов, номера ушатанные. За нашим находилась трансформаторная будка и в один вечер у нас выключили свет. Она так громыхала, что ужас. И какие-то сотрудники постоянно общались за стенкой, ощущение, что в туалете посторонние находятся.

Ребята, этот отель спас наш отдых!
Поскольку пляжи (море) все на острове откровенное разочарование, то бассейн в этом отеле нам показался просто райским. Он сделан не как обычные бассейны имеет разные уровни для лежания и отдыха, чудные беседки, а главное там так тихо и всего 5 номеров, из которых не все заняты, поэтому есть полное ощущение что ты на собственной вилле. И это приятно. Номер тоже отличный как апартаменты с гостинной и кухней. Супер

PPengguna TetamuWe had a very pleasant stay at Henann Alona Beach. The hotel is big, and it was very busy during checkin, however they have so many pools that you don’t notice the amount of people.
We had a great time in the poolbar at happy hour, and spent all our time at the resort! Restaurants could use a bit more healthy options and breakfast some more vegetarian (there wasn’t even a plain yoghurt or granola bar, and more unhealthy choices) options.
If you go out of the resort you directly walk into a street full of bars and restaurants! Gym was very well equipped and rooms where good. Please improve the curtains, since they were not blacking out the room.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is fantastic, located right beside Alona Beach with a small road leading directly to the beach. The hotel's food is very nice, and the two swimming pools are great for families.
The studio room can accommodate a family of four, and there are many complimentary activities such as kayaking, paddling, and archery. Highly recommended for families.
However, there is no lift to the third level, which is not friendly for the elderly.

Ggibo_27We booked a two-night stay and overall it was good. Location is one kilometer away from the beach center. You can ride a tricycle to the center for P100. It is just along the road and it is situated within a commercial center where there is a cafe, convenience store, restaurants and clinic.
Amenities are good. Since this is a new hotel, the furnitures and appliances are new and in good condition. Water pressure is great, shower heater is working perfectly. Private javuzzi is a plus.
The bfast buffet is actually more of chinese cuisine and not of wide variety but just enough for the price. There is a big television but the channels and movies available are chinese.
Overall, still a good experience. It is peaceful and quiet in the resort and you can enjoy the pool area specially if there are few guests.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at Henann Tawala Hotel for a week upon arriving in Bohol, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, living up to its 4-star rating. Upon arrival, the staff were very attentive—our bags were handled, and we were offered breakfast while our early check-in was expedited.
One thing to be aware of is the 3,000 pesos per night damage deposit. If paid by credit card, any charges, such as room service or drinks at the swim-up bar, are deducted from it, with the balance refunded after checkout.
The breakfast area is beautifully presented, with friendly staff who greet you warmly. After giving your room number and surname, you’re escorted to a table. However, we noticed some inconsistency in service—on some days we were offered coffee or tea, while on others we weren’t. There were also times when water wasn’t provided, so we ended up with double servings after fetching it ourselves. Consistency in service would enhance the experience, but the self-service station for coffee, water, and juices was convenient.
Breakfast options were excellent, with plenty of variety to suit all preferences. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. One small issue was being asked to leave a yogurt behind when I tried to take it out of the breakfast area. I understand the rule to prevent excessive takeaway, but I felt a little flexibility could be applied for small items.
The rooms at Henann Tawala are impressive—spacious with great bathrooms and lovely balconies. Among the best we’ve stayed in, they’re comparable to high-end hotels like Radisson Blu in Cebu or Seda Ayala Central Block.
The reception staff were incredibly helpful. They arranged a reasonably priced van for our trip to Tagbilaran, and the driver was punctual, providing a comfortable ride. He even dropped us off at the right spot for catching a van to Anda at the Dao Bus Terminal.
One nice perk of staying here is the short walk to Henann's beachfront property, where you can use the sun loungers shaded by palm trees and enjoy drinks served by the staff. However, you can’t use the pool there, and you need to pick up towels from Henann Tawala before heading to the beach. The beach is beautiful, but there are quite a few hawkers selling tours, which can be a bit of a nuisance. We found better deals on Facebook. The sea is warm, though there’s a fair amount of seaweed. I’d recommend snorkeling to watch your step, as there are starfish and possibly sea urchins. We only swam once. If you buy mangosteen from beach vendors (150-200 pesos), check for ants, as one of our bags was full of them!
Just outside the hotel’s main gates, there’s an ATM and a laundry shop that charges around 400 pesos for 5 kg, returning clothes washed, dried, and folded by 5 pm. It’s much cheaper than the hotel’s laundry service. We also tried the Kajun Restaurant nearby, which offers excellent chicken sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes in an American diner style.
On the beachfront, our favorite restaurant was the Oasis Resort’s upstairs bar and restaurant, which has a cooling breeze and a great view of the beach. Every dish we tried was fantastic, and we highly recommend it.
While our stay at Henann Tawala was wonderful, Panglao itself felt quite touristy. There were many Korean tourists, and a lot of locals trying to sell tours and services, which sometimes felt overwhelming. Prices were higher than we expected, especially for things like tricycles, which cost 150 pesos per person compared to the 12 pesos we paid in the provinces. Restaurant prices were also inflated, and even basic supplies came at a premium.
If you prefer a quieter, more authentic experience, I’d recommend visiting somewhere like Anda. It has a more laid-back, provincial vibe, with friendlier locals and a slower pace of life, making it a peaceful alternative to the busy, touristy atmosphere of Panglao.

Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcomed.
However, it's worth noting that the lack of an elevator could be a challenge for some guests, especially those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. While the staff are willing to help with bags, I would advise against bringing too much or heavy luggage to avoid inconvenience.
The option for transportation from the hotel to the pier port (Panglao to Tagbilaran) at a reasonable cost of 800 pesos was convenient and appreciated. It saved me the hassle of arranging transport myself.
In terms of room amenities, the absence of a cabinet was a bit inconvenient, and having only one bedside drawer limited storage space. Additionally, encountering an air conditioning remote in Chinese was unexpected. While a translator app or assistance from the front desk resolved this issue, it could be an inconvenience for guests not familiar with such technology.
On the bright side, the cleanliness and softness of the sheets enhanced the comfort of the stay. However, some corners of the shower could use more attention in terms of cleanliness.
The place was overall quiet in terms of other in-house guests, but at certain times in the morning, it can get a bit noisy from the neighbor's dogs, which woke me up. Understandably, it's out of the hotel's control. While there were aspects of my stay that I enjoyed, such as the friendly staff and comfortable bedding, there are areas where improvements could enhance the overall guest experience, particularly in terms of room amenities and cleanliness.
Overall, the room price for the stay was reasonable and offered good value, complementing the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place and rebook for future trips.

AAllanMy wife and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Katchajo Inn from January 1 to 4, and we found our experience to be quite enjoyable. The inn's proximity to the beach and the center, combined with its charming and clean facilities, made for a pleasant and convenient retreat.
During our stay, we were pleased to find that the service at Katchajo Inn was warm and attentive. The hospitable nature of the staff added a personal touch to our visit, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our time at the inn.
The availability of free Wi-Fi was a convenient feature, allowing us to stay connected and make the most of our time in the area. Additionally, the presence of a mini-swimming pool provided a refreshing option for relaxation, adding to the overall appeal of the inn.
While the food was satisfactory, it was the inn's cleanliness and charming atmosphere that left a lasting impression. The reasonable pricing, in combination with the clean and cute ambiance, made for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
One minor area for improvement would be the towels, which, while clean, showed signs of aging. However, this was a small detail in an otherwise enjoyable experience.
In conclusion, Katchajo Inn provided a welcoming and convenient base for our beachside getaway. With its clean and charming accommodations, hospitable service, and added amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a mini-swimming pool, we found it to be a delightful choice for couples seeking a relaxing and well-located retreat. -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white ***** that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.

PPengguna TetamuOur stay was okay but it could’ve been improved a lot by some minor adjustments. We were disappointed to find there was no kettle or tea/coffee supplies in the room which we believe should come as standard, especially in a resort. Also, bottled water is only provided on check in and not daily which we were disappointed with also. There were no Sun loungers around the pool like the photos depicted on Trip app. Very limited loungers on the beach front so they were never available. Breakfast was disappointing as there was no bread or fruit, and when bread was requested for myself who does not eat meat and dislikes eggs, there was no butter. I’ve never heard of a restaurant not having butter! There were very limited options, and you were rationed to only have 1 sausage and 1 egg as it was an assisted buffet. There was rice also but nothing to go with it. Also no tea bags available, only coffee. No laundry or scooter rental service which would’ve made our stay a lot more convenient, and no assistance to help find these services when asked if they provided them. Limited plug sockets in the room made it difficult to use our devices and charge them concurrently. There was no shower gel, only a small bar of soap but shower gel is preferable. Water dispensers to fill our own bottles would’ve been nice considering no bottled water provided on days other than check in day. All in all a disappointing stay. Aside from the nice beach, the location was also quite inconvenient as we hadn’t realise there were no other options of shops and restaurants available other than the resort itself.
