Amazing hospitality and service! We were made to feel very welcome and we were so grateful to the little treats throughout our stay. Fantastic communication and lots of helpful hints given to our throughout our stay. Nothing was too much bother and they did their best to ensure we had a an enjoyable experience.

I think Meltemi Villas was my top 3 stays, ever. We travelled in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids below 2 years old. The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. The pool area was great even though we travelled in November. The location is close to the airport and opens multiple possibilities to sightsee Cyprus. However, the very best was the owners hospitality, truly on an unmatched level. From support before arrival, to welcoming pizza on our first evening, to all the tips related to traveling/restaurants etc. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you!

The best villa I’ve ever stayed at! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and kind, always ready to assist through a group chat for fast responses. They provided us with numerous tourist recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable. I stayed at this villa for my wedding, and the hosts went above and beyond with bridal decorations and many thoughtful complementary items such as watermelon, vegan food for my vegan friend, breakfast ingredients, and snacks. They even left fresh bakery in our villa three times during our stay and ordered us pizza on arrival catering for our dietary requirements. They surprised us with a wedding card and gift the day after the wedding. Their responsiveness and kindness were unmatched. The villa itself was beautiful and perfectly suited for our needs. The hosts allowed us to reserve three villas next to each other for our wedding guests and bridal party. The pool was lovely, featuring lights for night swims, water guns, and floats. The rooms were spacious, with a nice balcony upstairs, and all rooms were en-suite with an additional bathroom downstairs. The TV had a Roku, enabling us to log into Netflix, Disney+, etc. There was plenty of space to park cars outside, along with a private drive at the side of the villa. The villa was impeccably clean, and the staff maintained the pool frequently. It’s conveniently located, being approximately a 4-minute drive from Lidl, a 10-minute drive from Paphos town centre, and just an 8-minute walk to the beach. I’ve never met such kind hosts before, and the overall experience at this villa made my wedding truly special. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Meltemi Villas in June July of 2024. Having stayed as a fee Villas in the area over the years this was by far the best. The. Villa itself was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its well placed between paphos port and coral bay. We hire a car but i believe the bus service is pretty good. The owners Constantinos and Anastasia are great. Always in hand if you have any queries and they even waited up to welcome us on our arrival with a welcome pack of food and drinks even though we were delays and it was around 2am. They also gave us tips on where to go etc, some nice beaches etc. Anastasia makes the nicest cakes by the way. It was that good we are going back in 2025. Highly recommended.

Very nice appartment, with all the appliances you need. 3 large bedrooms, a nice kitchen. Large outside area to sunbathe on or swim in your own pool. The pool was cleaned twice a week. The host and his wife were more than just helpful, they made us feel welcome and provided us with information on the surrounding sites to see. Answers to questions were sent almost immediately. They even brought extra plates and glasses over when we were having local friends over for dinner. The beach that was close by is not very fit for swimming, but the sunsets there are gorgeous.
