It is a short distance from the airport. By metered taxi or GRAB it should be 255-290PHP. The communication was prompt and made it easier when advising to be running late. A short walk to a 711 and Jollybee. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated, air conditioning and a wonderful super comfortable bed. There is no window in the room. I had the room next to the reception desk. Although the noise from outside is somewhat filtered, the noise from the stairwell and reception is very obvious and may be at all hours. The breakfast was ordinary fried eggs and toast. There was no fruit available. The terrace is a nice little space to be outside. The staff were lovely at all times.

Arrived at the resort on Friday 24th Feb, we had booked a 2 room apartment within one of the several accommodation blocks. The check in seemed to be painless but parking our vehicle turned out to be a hassle. We had to drive around the resort many times before finding a parking space. Then found out we would have to pay 700 pesos just to park for 2 nights! Not ideal. Our room was on the 17th floor and we had an excellent view of Manila Bay and the highway below. The apartment seemed clean and tidy and was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. We discovered very quickly that the wifi and tv didn’t work and also the cooker was broken. Not ideal with 2 teenagers in the party! We all went down to the pool in the afternoon, it was fantastic , the wave machine was superb. Only downside there was not nearly enough sun beds or chairs at the “ beach”. The pool bar was good value for money and the food very good. In the evening we tried the Paris Club, food was very good and plentiful. On the Saturday we used the pool again first thing in the morning then spent the afternoon at the SM mall beside the resort. Many food places which was good. The evening was spent again in Paris. Great opportunities to take holiday pictures. Departing on the Sunday was effortless. Would I recommend the resort? Yes I would but 2 nights is ample time enough.

I was looking for a place near SMDC Festival Grounds and this is the closest place that I have found with free parking. The place is very accessible both for commuters and private vehicles. A lot of restaurants are nearby, the place itself has a convenience store on the ground. The entrance for residents and guests are separate which gives the residents their privacy. For the guests, there is a designated lobby. There is only one elevator so we made sure to come down early so that we won't be late for the concert. Solemare is just walking distance from SMDC Festival Grounds so after attending a concert, you won't have to think about how are you gonna get home. The room is very cozy with a beautiful view on the balcony. Toiletries are also provided, wifi is also good, there is a small study table, mini-ref, electric stove and kettle. More of the basic things that you will need as you stay. Their pool is open as early as 6AM however the water is really cold during this time. Really had a good time staying here and will definitely go back here!

Last nov 4, my son celebrated his bday at Seda Manila Bay and they even gave us a complimentary cake.(Kudos to In-room dining team!) Bellman Ivan assisted us I commend him for being so nice and proactive. Last dec 25-26 we also stayed at Seda ManilaBay and Bellman Ivan recognized me and he helped us with our luggages. Pagbaba ko palang ng car he greeted me ”ma'am welcome back!” with a huge smile on his face. l also commend FO Jerlyn for being so nice and helpful. She offered late check-out for one of our room since the key was given to us medyo late na like around 4pm already. She's so nice to the point na parang we're already friends for a long time.I also commend the bellman who assisted us upon check-in and check-out (i forgot his name) we had a small talk about hotelier life and for using his phone(viber) for work instead of radio and about tips haha! I commend the FO/Bellman team for giving us the best hotel experience and giving us a five star service!

TTravelDestinations🥰 Everything from the entrance to the lobby and my room was absolutely delightful. The staff were consistently friendly, smiling, and greeting me whenever we met.
🏊♀️ The swimming pool was stunning and perfect for families, with a separate children's pool. They have a jacuzzi and steam bath, gym, and other entertainment facilities.
🍱 I loved the restaurant, which offered a vast variety of dishes. The restaurant staff were also incredibly accommodating.

PPengguna TetamuOur first time staying here in Nobu. I wanted a hotel right by the airport for our trip back the next day. Distance (about 5-10 min) from airport. No traffic and we were picked up by a limo ☺️. The hotel is exceptional. The staff , they were amazing. Did beyond the best to give us the greatest service. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Worth every penny.

MMarieOur stay at Kingsford Hotel Manila was one of the nicest and enjoyable stays we’ve had. Me and my son are frequent travelers and I can say that our stay here was delightful. Rooms are squeaky clean, elevators are fast, our needs are swiftly attended to, staffs are very approachable and there are buffet menus that’s enough to choose from! Swimming pool are cute too. We will probably gonna stay again some time soon. :)

We stayed only overnight but I suggest to checked the cleanliness because when we enter our room there's a flies in our bedroom and some room odor too (not a hotel type smell)
Also I suggest, please indicate to you lift address location of your swimming pool, cus only ballrooms are written on it.
Bidet location a bit confusing.
I requested extra pillow as they provided 1 pillow only.

CCoco24This is superlatively beautiful and new hotel ,from the accessibility and proximity to the airport to Mall of Asia . Every penny is worth spending for . They have accommodating ,fast front desk personnel .Room food service from the cafe are great .Kudos to them from cleaning the room everyday .My husband also cleaned the inside but the personnel and utility folks are awesome . We will stay here next month .

The rooms are basic but clean, offering essential amenities like a TV, bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hangers, and a towel. The Wi-Fi connection was slow, and cellular data was also weak, even with 5G.
One positive aspect is the separate toilet and bathroom inside the room. However, both are quite small. The hot shower was not functional during my stay, but I didn't bother reporting it as I was mainly looking for a place to rest.
