The view is so pretty. The family room is comfortable and big. The breakfast had many choices. For kids extra need to pay 55.000. You can play at the beach or do water sport activities. love our stay here

Food are good and have variety Room towel and others are old . Toilet is very bad smell

Nice and comfortable hotel, with a beautiful scenery of Lake Toba. Breakfast is good, with lots of Indonesian dishes.

Hotel is well located with a fantastic view of the lake. Service is excellent. Special mention to Ms Elsa P. She is very attentive and went out of her way to ensure we can get to the resort safely and that our needs are well taken care of. 5 stars to Elsa.

Highly Recommended for everyone who visit Toba Lake and looking for accommodation very near to Toba Lake.

This Hotle has such an amazing view of lake Toba and it’s huge. Love its garden and park is properly maintained and the water sports beach is nice to stroll and relax

water heater spoilt, took cold shower in the morning, fridge spoilt and couldn't store med, phone spoilt, tower yellowish, not much amenities around, live band next to the room till midnight. Basically, not livable and i gave up the next day paid room.

Friendly hotel. Nicely renovated family room Good breakfast and restaurant Mini private beach with water sport (expensive) very loud neighbourhood with loud music and karaoke from 6:30 AM till sometimes 11:30pm. City has no travel agent, no Grab. So it is difficult to get trips organised at decent price.

Well received on our arrival. Registration completed in good time. Upset with the up and down staircases from lobby to rooms. Unfriendly to old and handicapped folks. Overall graded at 4/5.

The bathroom did not have any ventilation fan nor a window for fresh air , hence it had mouldy smell. There was only one tiny roll of toilet paper left on the toilet paper holder. NO spare toilet paper roll. We had to call housekeeping to ask for one more roll. There was very little hot water the first night. So we had to take cold showers. the second day, the hot water came back. The view from the hotel was good. The facilities were really poor. It was a shame.
