Ulasan InterContinental Paris le Grand, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is very characteristic of the Parisian court. The rooms are very high, the balcony view is very good, and the front desk staff is very good. However, after we got off the car, there was no slope at the entrance of the hotel lobby, and there was no staff to help with the luggage that's made us feel disappointed. After entering the restaurant at breakfast time, the service staff will take a seat, but after finding three seats in a row, the other staff of the hotel said that they could not be seated. Finally, we complained to the restaurant manager who seems like an Indian. and did not receive any apology. The attitude of manager is extremely poor, and I should not recommend others to stay there again.

I forgot to take my bag in the hotel when I left, contacted the hotel to say come back to pick it up, and the hotel told me that I couldn't find it, which is very regrettable!

Club lounge services are first class. Especially Gillers and Leo who gave us a detailed introduction of the lounge. The atmosphere and foods are delicious. Very fresh Normandy oysters and other kind of foods meet your every kind of taste. We will surely book this club room again when we travel to Paris.

The hotel is fantastic very beautiful in one of the best locations from Paris The only problem is the hotel staff I feel the service is very bad. Bar service & Restaurant service I feel the hotel need to improve

Great location for shopping and for walking to restaurants of great ratings! I especially enjoyed the rich selection at breakfast buffet at Cafe de la Paix of the Intercontinental Hotel! I would definitely come back to this hotel!!!

I booked the Opera view Balcony room for 4 days and it was awesome. Wish the hotel have a Opera view Balcony type for suit tho.

有一説一，這個酒店的位置和環境是好的，但是並沒有感到服務有多好，服務水平和酒店是不匹配的。從到達酒店開始，這個酒店就沒人主動幫客人拿行李；酒店大廳非常雜亂忙碌，讓我們感覺到我們的到來是給酒店添了麻煩，人家有更重要的客人要接待。我訂的房含早晚餐，早餐有中式的…水晶皮榨菜小籠包…晚餐可以在餐單上點2人140歐以內的餐（含酒水服務費），因為不太懂法餐也是自己懶，就讓侍者推薦，唉，大冬天的上了一盤海鮮拼盤，冷的，而且明確在推薦時跟他説了我們其中一人不吃海鮮。第二天早上趕早班飛機，酒店也沒有準備早餐盒，早餐盒的事我本人和攜程在前期跟酒店溝通其他事的時候都確認過。總體的感覺就是酒店的服務跟這個價錢不匹配，都花了這個錢了還不如再添點兒住更好的酒店。

衹住了一天，但是客房不知道為什麼第二天直接未得到許可就進入房間説是要確認有沒有退房，很影響體驗。不過與前台反饋後還是能好好處理。房間，衞生，環境都很好。巴黎歌劇院旁邊，一大早就看到許多人排隊入場，vip視角。

首先位置特別好，在歌劇院對面，附近就是老佛爺商場. 酒店內的餐廳特別方便也好吃，就是不知道要去哪裡吃飯，就樓下餐廳最方便. 酒店內部比較古典的裝飾，衞生間應該是有一定的時限了，洗澡得爬到浴缸裏，馬桶不是智能的. 健身房小而美，還有功能飲料，總體酒店服務還是特別好的. 適合來巴黎旅遊商務.
