Ulasan Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe

The hotel really close Arc De Triomphe, and shopping area, the exterior of building is Europe style, but inside so modern. Amazing

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

酒店地理位置很好但是我覺得它不配這個價格，4k多一晚上但格局什麼的跟汽車旅館一樣又小又貴。不是很推薦這家。

酒店位置不錯

The stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel was so comfortable we could not have asked for more. The staff was professional and accommodating. The concierge Analiese was especially helpful, she is a total delight. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant staff to the bartenders and the cleaning staff were all simply amazing. I will definitely stay at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe again. Merci

Nice clean hotel, nice location, competent professional staff. My concern is ********** listed my room as having a “city view”. Having a city view and a 5 star rating were my two primary criteria when I was searching for a room in Paris to celebrate our 40th anniversary. When I checked in, I was given a 5th floor room. I questioned the staff….. Are you sure I will have a city view from the 5th floor? I was told this room did not have a city view. I let them know I booked a room with city view, they looked puzzled. I was then shown 5 rooms. Turns out none of the rooms in this hotel have a city view. All the rooms look out directly to the street and directly at the apartment building across the street. Charming building, but in no way shape or form is it a city view. Calling it a street view would be far more accurate and defendable. I then suggested to the staff that in light of the fact that I reserved a city view room and they couldn’t provide one, perhaps they could make it right by giving me an upgrade. That wasn’t going to happen without additional charges. When I was searching for a Paris hotel, I eliminated many hotels that checked the rest of my boxes but did not have city views, even though they had better nightly rates. In short, if you are looking for a hotel with a city view, this is not the place for you. I’ve brought this incorrect property attribute to the attention of both Sofitel and **********, it will be interesting to see if the listing gets revised.

The hotel cleanliness and standard was amazing, the turndown service is a nice touch after being out all day. The breakfast was lovely and the cappuccino’s were good. Staff were willing to go that extra mile and assist when they didn’t know the answer. Great hotel, great staff, clean, fresh and immaculate.

Great Property great staff

We stayed in similar hotels with great amenities but what made the difference for us was the staff. They were professional, yet personable, paid attention to every detail and accommodated us at every turn. I will return to Sofitel Arc de Triomphe whenever I go to Paris in the future
