Hotel Delambre

I needed to book 6 rooms for a Paris originating cruise and starting 8 months ahead found this.Quiet street near excellent bus and 2 metro stops and many reasonable dining choices.No wonder many French visitors chose it.Great staff.We chose nearby breakfast places and relaxed at days end with Luxembourg Garden stroll

Very nice boutique hotel located conveniently near metro and train in the left bank area of Paris. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms are well-appointed, comfortable, clean and well-equipped (electric kettle for tea/coffee, refrigerator). The neighborhood offers a great bakery, a grocery market, bars and restaurants. Merci Hotel Delambre! I look forward to returning!

We, a couple of Japanese and faroese from the Faroe islands, were new to Paris, and unable to communicate in French at all. Nonetheless, people at the hotel were welcoming, polite, helpful and very warm. We would like to thank all the staff there for our most pleasant stay in Paris, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone without any reservation.

The front desk service was excellent. Very friendly and helped with directions or any other advice we needed about the city. The rooms were very small, we had 2 single beds and only 1 person could walk around them at a time, but that's pretty standard in Paris. 1 table and chair, and 1 tv, and that's really all the room had room for. Shower design was not ideal as its a half door and water gets all over the floor and bathtub is deep and hard to get into for shorter people. They have an elevator, fits about 3 people or 1 person with luggage. Breakfast was meh. Microwaved eggs, hotdog sausages, pancakes, croissants (didn't seem fresh from the day), bagette, bread, cereal, fruit cocktail and yogurt. Its an OK breakfast for a day or 2, but if you are there a whole week its not great. We spent half the days eating at the hotel (when we were in a rush) and the other days we purchased breakfast at the nearby restaurants. You only get 1 key to the room, and you have to turn it in when you leave every day. Not ideal if there are 2 people using the room and not always in and out at the same time. This hotel is in a great location, metro stations at either end of the street, restaurants all extremely close, we did not have to walk far to eat and ate at different restaurants every time.

Hotel Delambre is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are incredibly courteous. The location is close to many restaurants, shops, and multiple metro stations. It is a small and very inviting hotel.

Second stay in this small but clean and comfortable hotel which is in a relatively quiet street in Montparnasse, within walking distance of loads of bars and restaurants. Served by two Metro stations and a short stroll from the Luxembourg Gardens. We had a small room at the front with a balcony. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Montparnasse is a fantastic base to see Paris and a great location in its own right. It's also on a direct Metro line from the Gare du Nord so it takes only a short time to get there after the Eurostar.
