Ulasan New Hôtel Gare du Nord

Hotel next to train station but away from city . Traffic very bad when you drive or take Taxi. Room very small , just a room , very simple . Think not worth for money to stay .

Good location. Gentlemen at the counter very friendly and helpful BUT the lady staff very rude and no smile. No kettle in the room but can borrow from the counter without charge. Small lift.

this hotel is near to Metro Gare du Nord, Paris, Exit Number 2 from Metro. Small hotel but give hospitality for costumer. We can deposit our baggage in the morning free. Enough facility in the room and bathtub is available in the room. Classic hotel with nice experience Recommended for stay near Metro Station in Paris

Ideal for a good cheap option for Eurostar. No thrills hotel. But extremely comfortable sleep. The bed was very comfy.

Other than being close to the station. There don't seem to be any advantage. The room size is so small that it is difficult to unfold the suitcaces. Overall, the entire hotel felt small.

The bathroom is horrible. Mold on the wall, white towels are yellowish color, the hallway had very strong smoking odor. And bed buds too. The ceiling was taped up and broken. Definitely not coming back.

The young man at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, very knowledgeable. His English was perfect!!

We spent three nights at New Hotel and we loved its geographical location. Unfortunately, we were unsatisfied with its hygiene. During our stay, we unveiled the unpleasant side of the hotel and they include: evident fungi clutched onto the corners of the walls; unidentified bugs crawling on the bed and the mattress contained a disgusting smell. However, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Because of the insects (we were rather petrified by the creatures) we requested to swap to another room and that wish was fulfilled immediately. It was just because we compared the two different rooms, we realised that our second chamber was clearly equipped with a higher quality than the first. We are concerned whether different service will be provided for specific customers when paid the same price.

The property was convenient for v v short states but it has seen better days. The treacherous stairs were a nightmare esp as the lift wasn’t working

The property is close and convenient to public transportation and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The staff at the hotel are nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and it is worth the price. However the property needs a thorough cleaning. The room was ok but the bathroom was horrendous. It was full of mold. There was mold all on the ceiling and in the shower. I felt cleaner before I took a shower. I will not stay at this property again based strictly on the cleanliness.

It was very convenient because of it's proximity to Gare du nord, which is where you can ride the train to CDG
