早餐挺好的，不是自助餐廳，是一個一個的套餐，超出部分加錢。可以加床，不過超大床的確是很大，酒店位置很好，就在埃菲爾鐵塔附近，不過如果不是選擇了景觀房，衹能看街景。酒店大堂的設計和藏品是亮點，小花園可千萬別錯過了，非常漂亮。就房間而言，說實在的衹能說一般吧，服務的確是非常好的。前台入住登記時，有中國人接待，溝通順暢。總體來說還是挺棒的。

Fabulous!!! I visited with my mother and my two daughters for a long weekend. Perfect location, short walk to Eiffel Tower, amazing shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Supermarket a few doors up for essentials and a pharmacy, also Carrefour over the road. Room perfect, we had a deluxe 2bed apartment, 100% cleaning standards, linen changed daily.. immaculate, could not fault cleanliness/hygiene at all. Only small negative thing to mention is that they leave some lovely L’occitane products in the rooms, nice that they replace them so much, keeping shampoos etc topped up but I used a lovely bar of verbena soap and it was replaced each day, bit of a waste, only used it for handwashing, I left it by sink each morning…came back later each day to find a new one in wrapper, so they were obviously being binned and replaced, a bar would of lasted months so just one for the whole 4 days would have been fine! Brilliant gym! Beautiful decor and art, free coffee machine in lobby, nice cappuccinos! Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent English! Close to Metro stations although we mostly walked and used Uber. Wasn’t bothered by any noise at all, was on 5th floor, busy street below but was so tired each night, didn’t hear anything at all! Room had iron/ironing board, hairdryer, a safe, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, pans etc to cook a meal, microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob… Would highly recommend and stay again definitely, the hotel made our trip to Paris even more magical. 5 stars well deserved, Thankyou.

What a FABULOUS hotel! This was exceptionally beautiful from the outside to the inside. As you go in, you simply step back in time to gorgeous furnishings with a fire place blazing, a beautifully period styled champagne bar (where you also can have breakfast). We were mesmerised walking around the hotel and found it extremely romantic and quintessentially Parisian. The reception team and concierge were super friendly, welcoming, full of knowledge and a great sense of huour we really enjoyed chatting to them. The Louis Vuitton lift is an experience, it is only really made for 2 people max but Instagram worthy nonetheless. The room was typically bijou and small like all continental hotel rooms (please note that if you need lots of space you might want to either upgrade or choose a hotel known for large rooms) our room was beautifully decorated with luxury linens, super soft mattress fluffy white towels, great amenities, little cookies left by your bed and much more. We slept like babies on that amazing bed. Special shout out to the concierge team, who managed to get us in the fully booked Paul Chène restaurant (always packed with Parisians which is a good thing) and had an awesome meal there. Many other restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. We would book again in a heartbeat!

The rooms and public spaces are elegant, comfortable and well done. Our room was large by Paris standards with a really nice bathroom and good quality linen on the beds. But for a 5-star hotel, the service was very mediocre. The person at check-in made it clear we were bothering him, checked us in without speaking, walked us to the lift (without offering to help with bags) and that was it. No turn down service the first night. The next morning, the concierge said he'd book us a restaurant but he clearly forgot so by end of the day when we came back and asked about our reservation and he finally called, the restaurant was full and he said he didn't have any other suggestions in the area (!). Turn down service 2nd night was a carton of water. Service at breakfast was also disinterested and impersonal. If the service were at the level of the hotel infrastructure, I would go back, but it I think there are places to stay in Paris which make you feel much more welcome and taken care of.

We booked at short notice. The hotel is situated in a great location for some major landmarks and excellent metro links for the city only a short walk away. Everything at the hotel was excellent from the moment we checked in. All staff were very friendly professional and courteous. The front desk staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean big thank you to housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice to choose from. Service here was excellent and the quality of the food was very good and delicious, although my waistline was put under severe strain due to the many culinary delights on offer 😆. Breakfast was till 10.45 am which was good if you wanted a late morning. Room comfort was good and despite being in the city outside noise was kept to a minimum, bed was very comfortable and was able to get a very good sleep. It's a city centre hotel so the rooms are not going to be huge although there was plenty of wardrobe space lots of electric sockets and a full-size mirror in the room and a TV with English channels, which in a lot of independent city hotels is not always the case, free in-room safe also very useful. For a city centre hotel, this is one of the better ones I have stayed in. Great service and room comfort, excellent breakfast. The hotel has character and charm you won't find in chain hotels and I had a wonderful five night's stay.

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available at reception to assist us and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early afternoon and were checked in right away and were able to leave our bags on the last day until we headed to the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and in a good location for access to trains, the metro and buses. I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Alessandra!

Stayed from the 13th-15th of March and this hotel was one of the most memorable aspects of our holiday. On arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded which was a welcome surprise. The hotel is located in a warm and friendly neighbourhood that encompasses the feel of Paris and the staff were simply excellent. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a charming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay in Paris. The location was perfect, and the hotel itself was simply amazing. Normally I don’t stay at Best Western hotels, but this one was in a great location. It was close to the train station, basically steps away. Close to the esplanade where yo can see the Eiffel Tower. 15 -20 mins walking from the Arch de Triomphe. Close to numerous restaurants and bakeries. So no complaints in terms of location. In terms of price, I found it a little expensive for this type of accommodation… I’ll chalk up to Paris and Easter weekend. The front desk is staff by one person during the shift and we dealt we 4 different individuals. One of them was a man of very few words, but ok. We requested ice on several occasions but with the exception of one time, they were always out of ice??? Strange for us. We also asked about the AC and we were told that they don’t turn it on until the summer??? Also strange for us for what we were paying. There is an tiny elevator that at most fit 2 people. The rooms were tiny. We had 2 rooms and none of them compare to the pictures on the website. We requested an iron and were informed that it had to be reserved 24 hours in advance??? The rooms had a small fridge, desk with a chair and probably a 20 in TV. A small safe, small storage and a window which we opened because the room got hot. The bed was ok, but for whatever reason, the bed or the floor was kind of sloping down towards the headboard.??? The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent except that if you are not careful you can make a water mess on the floor. We did not have breakfast at the hotel even though it was offered. You do have to pay for breakfast here. Since we only use the room for sleep and rest between our outings, I would probably stay here again because of the location only. But this is at most a 3 star hotel, and if you want more amenities you will have to go somewhere else.

Great hotel stay. Comfortable room, clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Good selection at breakfast. Our air conditioning was not working the first night but the staff moved us to another room for the remaining stay. Hotel close walk to Trocadero/Eiffel Tower and Place de l'Etoile, and lots of restaurants close by.
