For the price this hotel is excellent, yes it has no lift or air conditioning hence it's 2 star rating but as far as cleanliness, location, rooms and staff helpfulness this hotel cannot be beaten. We had an impromptu 4 night stay as we had urgent business after a family holiday in the south of France at the embassy in Paris, the hotel were very helpful and the location was perfect just 15 min was Paris center via the metro with a station no more than 200m away and lots of local bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions near by . We will definitely be back the next time we visit the Paris area, great value and amenities close to Paris center.

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel, it has a very cute aesthetic inside, it smelled nice and it was clean. The staff was friendly even with our half French and English. The rooms were perfectly fine and we didn't hear any of the cars outside so the soundproofing is good as well. There are restaurants aplenty near and there's also a metro about a three minute walk from the hotel. If or when I go back to Paris, this will be the first hotel I search for.

Fantastic stay at this small, boutique hotel in the heart of Vincennes. The staff is exceptional and took care of all our needs. Location is across the street from the Metro with easy access to the heart of Paris. Lots of restaurants and shops to walk around to from the hotel. We can't wait to come back to visit! Located outside of ”Bd Peripherquei” still kind of central as the Metro (just 100m from the hotel) will take you to the city center in just 6 stops. The neighbourhood is clean and safe, and the basement garage is a hit (just Eur 15/night) if you are in Paris on a road trip. The helpful reception staff spoke good English. And when you realise how easy is to convert the living room into a bedroom (the bed is 'hidden' in the wall) you are in for a good sleep in the firm comfortable bed. What is not to like ? Oh yeah... the fitness needs some improvements install some weight lifting equipment please... Gitte & John (DK)

We spent 2 nights on a family trip at Ibis during the Easter holidays. Hotel is located near to public transportation, good for those without a car. Parking at a price of €15 per night - The elevators from parking to the hotel were out of service, and we had to use the emergency stairway with exit to street, the doors kept opened, and unknown people use the stairs as bathrooms and some strangers literally urinate in the stairs, the smell is disgusting for 3 longs floors, in my case with kids to cross over this horrible experience. There is a breakfast option for €15 that includes very basic options, terrible! For two days there wasn't any cheese available, no cheese! The accommodation is very small for the standard and triple options (we had two rooms booked), the bathrooms need to be maintained urgently, and many poor repairs done. There is no mini bar available. Looks like a hostel!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and up to Ibis's usual standards. The lift was quite small, but I did appreciate there was a lift. Check in and check out was smooth and quick, and the room offered everything needed for a more budget stay in Paris. The hotel is close enough to Gare du Lyon as well as the metro, several restaurants and Ubers arrive relatively quickly. The breakfast buffet was very handy - with a French style to it, which I did appreciate: croissants, madeleines, Nutella, fresh French bread, butter, cheese, coffee machines, fruit, etc. Slightly noisy maybe at night, but wasn't an issue for us.

We were supposed to travel to paris these days but due to ous young child healt issue we were unable to travel and change our tripfor October. I send an email 12 hours before our trip to the hotel and they glady change our dates. And beside that the 2-3 requesst we had conserning our stay there the staff at the hotel were more than willing to help us. see you in October and we really thank you.

Très déçue de cet hôtel de la gamme Ibis Styles. En effet, l'hôtel se trouve dans un vieil immeuble et tout fait vieillot : l'accueil, l'ascenseur très petit, les couloirs, la déco dans la.chambre (couleurs non tendance, moquette douteuse et tachée), etc. La personne au petit déjeuner n'était pas agréable et j'ai eu droit en plus à de la musique diffusée en même temps que la TV qui était allumée...le petit déjeuner était donc très bruyant et pas agréable. Nuit très chère (160 €) par rapport aux prestations bas de gamme (tarif peut-etre gonflé en cette période de coupe du monde de rugby...). Le groupe Accor véhicule une très mauvaise image avec ce type d'hôtel. C'est incompréhensible. Je ne sais pas si c'est propre à Paris (où le client/touriste est vraiment pris pour un pigeon), mais j'avais séjourné dans un autre Ibis Styles à Bordeaux 2 semaines avant et les prestations n'avaient strictement rien à voir. Les rares points positifs : bonne literie et bon emplacement (en face de la bouche de métro).
