This is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

Very noisy could hear all the neighbours shouting  at each other! And needs sound proofing as could hear everyone showering!!  Clean and great food but don’t get a room on level 10 or 11. Not worth the $$$$

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

My stay was excellent from the moment I arrived. The reception team was fantastic and allowed me an early check-in, which was a great start . The room itself was well designed — compact and efficient, yet it still had everything I needed. I slept well despite some occasional road and train noise, which was minimal and never disruptive. The only minor frustration in the bedroom was the low power outlets next to the bed; if the bed shifted slightly, they would bump into my charging devices. The bathroom had a few small issues. The basin tap was overly sensitive — even a light touch sent water gushing out with force and onto the floor. The chrome towel rails were too smooth, so towels kept slipping off, and the shower head sprayed at awkward angles. The hot water also made a loud groaning noise when turned on fully, so I had to use more cold water than usual to keep the temperature comfortable. One other small note: when I angled the air conditioning toward the bed, I noticed lint and dust particles falling from the shelves above. A quick clean would easily fix this. On the positive side, the elevators were spacious and fast, and the staff provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Overall, these were all very minor issues that could be easily resolved. I found the room comfortable, well-priced, and the service excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

I recently stayed at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne for 8 nights and overall had a good experience, which I would rate around 4 out of 5 stars. The location is excellent and the hotel offers good value for a stay in Melbourne’s CBD. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and I appreciated that housekeeping was provided every two days rather than daily, which I was perfectly happy with. However, there were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent during my stay. On several occasions, floor towels were not replaced, some areas of the room appeared to be missed during cleaning, pillow covers were not changed when expected, and not all toiletries were refilled. It was frustrating to discover there was no soap or shampoo while already in the shower, requiring a call to reception and a wait for replenishment. The shower itself could also be improved, as the hot water temperature fluctuated quite noticeably between hot and cold, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower. There were also a couple of minor inconveniences upon arrival. The parking, while available, costs approximately AUD $45 per day and the process of locating and accessing it was somewhat confusing on the first day. Additionally, there was no HDMI cable in the room, which meant I had to request one from reception. Housekeeping also occasionally forgot to clear the trash, which added to the inconsistency of the service. The kitchenette could also be better equipped. I found the dustbin to be quite small for an extended stay, the knives were not very sharp, and there was no chopping board provided, which made preparing meals less convenient. On a positive note, after our 8-night stay, the hotel was able to provide us with a complimentary one-hour late checkout, which was appreciated and helped end the stay on a better note. Despite these issues, the staff were generally helpful when assistance was needed, and the overall stay was pleasant. With a little more attention to housekeeping consistency, maintenance, and guest amenities, this hotel could easily provide an even better experience. Overall, I would still consider staying here again due to the great location and comfortable accommodation.

Perfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

Saya menginap selama tiga malam dan menukar kepada dua jenis bilik. Bilik ini mempunyai dapur dan ruang tamu, sangat dekat dengan Pasar Wei Ma! Kelemahannya ialah tong sampah dan tuala mandi tidak ditukar sejak beberapa hari ini, tetapi kami tidak peduli, kami hanya boleh mengeringkan tuala mandi di balkoni .
