PPengguna TetamuWe (3 couples) stayed overnight on our way from Jasper to Vancouver. The rooms are big, the beds very comfortable and we had a microwave, tea/coffee facilities & a little oven. The staff are lovely & really helpful and there are a lot of options for food/drink within walking distance.

CC. FitzWe stayed for 1 night. It took some time to check in at around 4:30 pm. The front desk person took a bit to register the small group ahead of us.
The room was clean and spacious but we found it dark specially in the bathroom. The bedside lamp with the plugs initially didn't work. But we figured out that the plug it was plugged in wasn't working so we switched the alarm clock plug with the lamp plug and it worked. We were able to charge our phones finally.
The AC works well using the thermostat on the wall.
The gym was nice. But there's no pool unfortunately. The patrons will have to forever use the pool across in the other building.
The breakfast included was just so-so. The space for breakfast was really crammed. Unfortunately, there was no freshly made waffles or pancakes or bacon or sausages. The lady that was attending breakfast didn't clean the tables at all. The tables were still dirty when we were checking out of the hotel.
Our stay was comfortable. We were able to get a later check out time thankfully. We might stay here again. I'm hoping the breakfast offerings will include waffles or pancakes and bacon or sausages in the future. And clean tables. That'll be wonderful!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaFront desk person was welcoming and friendly. The room was mostly clean but bedsheets had small stains and didn’t seem to be washed. Train is close by and can be heard whenever it rolls by. The bed wasn’t terrible but it definitely needed replacement. I wouldn’t recommend staying here even if you’re on a budget like we are.

If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room that faces the back, since the street noise can be pretty loud.
Overall, it's a great choice for a quick stay or if you're on a tight budget. Just don't expect any frills or luxury amenities. It's a no-frills spot that gets the job done, and the location is basically unbeatable.
