房間很復古風，一應俱全。有游泳池和桑拿。酒店本身就跟個博物館似的，很有特色。 早餐也超棒的！ 地理位置更是不用説！停車是valet parking，聽到對面的停車庫裡。需要提車提前10分鐘跟前台説。

Location: The hotel is well located, approximately a 9-minute walk from the nearest station, which made getting around convenient. Room & Housekeeping: The room was clean and well maintained throughout my 4-night stay, which I appreciated. However, the minibar was not refilled during the entire stay, which was disappointing and not what I would expect given the price paid. Staff & Service: Unfortunately, the service experience was inconsistent. The front desk staff appeared inexperienced and unsure about basic matters such as payment handling and invoicing, which caused unnecessary confusion. It felt as though the staff member may have been an intern without adequate supervision or training. More concerning was the overall attitude at the counter, which came across as rude and unwelcoming. I sincerely hope this was not a case of discrimination, but the interaction especially with the man staff did not reflect the level of hospitality expected. Value for Money: While the hotel positioned itself as high-end in design, the service and experience felt surprisingly basic. For the price charged, it did not offer good value and did not meet the standards. Overall: Although the location and cleanliness were positives, the service shortcomings and lack of value significantly affected the overall experience

The hotel located face the park but turn right after the street where see McDonald then will see a “Bar” restaurant . Not far from subway and consider convenient Room was clean and reception was helpful, just that there is no lock inside the room where room cleaning lady came in after 2 knocks.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean ! On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious. For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here. I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

The location was very good, near the chapel bridge and close to a number of restaurants, including in the hotel itself and not too far from the train station. The rooms were a decent size and had a definite retro feel. There was no air conditioning, but were provided with a fan. The bed was an old spring style one with a lean on it and I didn't really get a good night's sleep both nights I was there. In addition the first day my shower was barely luke warm, but luckily the situation was better the next day. I defintely loved the old time feel of the hotel, as it was memorable and different and on my trip it had to be one of the standout ones., but the bed was a bit of a disappointment and the fan was useful but not as effective as air con.

Было позднее заселение, для нас оставили конверт с инструкцией и ключами, позвонив на ресепшен оказалось что менеджер говорит на 6 языках, в том числе и по русски, провел инструктаж удаленно. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

Location was right beside the train station, making it easy to get in and out of the town. The main streets were also walkable, mostly within 20mins. It can get rather noisy at night due to the bar nearby, but the hotel did provide earplugs to help with the potential noise issue. There is no air-conditioning in the room we booked and we had to rely on the outside air, which was still rather cold so that was not a major issue. The lift is of the typical old European style, so travellers with huge luggage may find it inconvenient when taking the lift.

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Pro: the hotel is few bus stops away from the Lucerne Train Station, can easily get a bus (no. 4) right in front of the hotel or walk 2 mins to another bus stop ( no. 6,7,8) Cons: Room was ready when we arrived at 12.30pm, but hotel requested for CHF20 for so called Early Check in! What a rip off! When we asked for luggage storage, it's chargeable too. Lurcerne Visitors Pass was only prepared when we checked in, how could we get to the hotel from train station without the pass? Should do like other Swiss hotel, to provide before guests arrival so that we can get to the hotel using the free pass.

Spacious enough for 4 of us. Building has elevator. Location wise: just 3 bus stops from main station. A Migros is just nearby, very convenient to get groceries. Kitchen area is big. Bathroom a bit tight but we ok
