SSLT BuddyLocation is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店工作人員都很友好，態度好，有問題反饋效率快。 久聞大名，華人國內的五星大酒店，第一次嘗試mo終於可以在國外支持下中國企業，但是去了後發現離火車站較遠的酒店，失誤遺憾錯過火車站中心附近更好。沒有大堂上兩次台階到一個長窄走廊，對腿腳不便人士不太方便。裏面裝修風格是工業風的灰色和黑色暗風格，不是温馨温暖眼前一亮的感覺，個人不喜歡酒店暗暗的，房間地板縫隙大里麪很難清理積塵，最難受的是酒店北面臨馬路，每次大車經過那種如地震地震動心慌無法言表， 溝通很多次，長者晚上實在無法睡個安穩整覺，攜程也多次幫忙溝通，工作人員也幫忙換了幾層北面房間，奈何酒店一直不給升南面房也不給退房，對國人企業如此管理有點失望，以後不會考慮mo酒店了。 6～7千每晚的價格，如此的粗燥簡陋的房間裝修和硬件上無法改變的震動，實在物不所值。 盧塞恩很小，一天足矣，不值得住幾天。 對此次城市和酒店印象比其他城市遜色些。

Kkimi_2007This hotel of Luzern boasts an exceptional location. It’s a convenient walk from the train station even with luggage. Getting to the area’s major attractions is easy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The rooms are very clean and offer nice city views. Highly recommended—great choice for your stay.

LLa_MimiThe hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean !
On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious.
For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here.
I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

AAkhorCheck in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Though not a big deal, but hope hotel can revise the occupancy policy to offer family with 2 young child to stay in without additional costs,
Location wise, it’s fantastic. Next to a university.

TTarynLovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud *****, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

PPatrickAs as Swiss, I never travelled much inside Switzerland. I am usually travel around in Asia, like Japan, Thailand, Taiwan. So I was seriously shocked how low quality the Swiss Hotels are. Besides this I was also in Interlaken, and have to say the hotels are mere Motel standard at a price tag from 300-500$ for 15m² not even clean.
And it's not only this Hotel, many others around I had Lunch or Dinner are in such bad condition
But to the ”Art Deco” Montana...
The best part is at the beginning. Reaching the entrance by a Cogwheel Car, is great, the lobby is nice as well and the terrace with lake view is beautiful.
But then, comes the issue, the price changed, the day of the check in was 180$ cheaper for the same room than when I booked it. We didn't get any compensation which i didn't expect i Switzerland anyways, still a bit disappointed. But ok... off to the hotel room. The pictures prepared me to not have too much expectations but, the reality is just so heartbreaking worse.
I stayed in cheap hotels for 80$ in China or Thailand with same standard.
The Dyson Hairdryer didn't save the impression.
We were the first 30 minutes really depressed, sitting on the bed full of regrets going to lucerne.
It's all so cheap made for that price.
Well, we recovered and left the hotel for travel.
But bottom line, the cheapest hotels in Switzerland are barely worse than the range from 400-600$ like the Montana.
If wanna luxury, better opt for those instagram famous Hotels for 1200$ +
Anything else is all the same low standard.
Side Note: In Switzerland 3-4 Stars Hotel Minibar is not free.

PPengguna TetamuI will not book again, because you need to pay everything. I stayed in many cities with ibis, in Zürich for example I borrowed a adapter, because in Switzerland they have different socket. But in this hotel, you need to buy everything: for early check-in 20 CHF, for bag storage each bag 3 CHF, adapter for changing 20 CHF. This isn't 50 CHF Hotel, we pay almost the same price just like other ibis in other cities, but have no benefits, no free coffee tea or water. So I do not recommend this hotel.
