PPengguna TetamuAffordable hotel in decent neighbourhood. Itâs 15min walk from Zurich HBF. Sink basin is located inside the room instead of bathroom. Room floor can be get wet , if you are not too careful. Air conditioning is not there, but fan is provided.

JJudgeJustinAfter surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. Weâd booked a Large room for our first Valentineâs weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between âindustrial-chicâ and âactually comfortable.â
The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. Itâs a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who arenât quite ready to share that much with their partner, itâs easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TVâs screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze.
The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience.
If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - Iâm convinced thereâs a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - Iâll take five!)
We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

MMerissaTravelsHotel Bristol Zurich is in a perfect location, especially for a short layover. Youâre within walking distance of all the main sights, the Old Town, restaurants, and the train station, which makes exploring the city very convenient.
However, the price does not match the experience. The hotel felt more like a dated motel than a centrally located Zurich property. There were no toiletries provided (unless you pay) the breakfast selection was very minimal, and the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. Unfortunately, the front desk service was not welcoming, which made the stay feel even less pleasant.
If location is your top priority, it works. But for the price, I expected much more.

YYee11Hotel Glockenhof Zurich offers Switzerland charm and modern comfort, making it one of the top choice for leisure and business trip on visiting Zurich. Situated in the heart of the Zurich city, it provides good access to Zurich's main attractions, shopping areas, and near to the Zurich Main Station transportation.
The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests.
The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city.
This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (thereâs a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs.
The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day.
All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport .
Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesnât cool the room down. No tv channels. Hotel service is below standard.

TTravelshortsWe stayed at ibis ZĂŒrich City West for one night while visiting Zurich, and it worked well as a straightforward place to stay for a quick stop in the city.
We had a triple room, which was a good size and worked well for our needs. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with enough space for luggage and a good nightâs sleep after travelling. It wasnât luxurious, but it had everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel and felt well maintained.
In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Zurichâs main train station, which makes it reasonably convenient if youâre arriving by train. The area felt easy to navigate, and although itâs not right in the historic centre, itâs close enough to reach the main parts of the city without too much difficulty.
Our stay was very short â we arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning â so we didnât get the chance to explore the hotel or use any of the facilities such as the restaurant or breakfast service. For us, the hotel simply served as a comfortable overnight stop.
I would recommend ibis ZĂŒrich City West if youâre looking for a clean, reliable hotel for a short stay in Zurich. Itâs particularly suitable if you just need somewhere practical to sleep before continuing your journey.

PPengguna TetamuOnly about a 20 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We arrived an hour early and they allowed us to check in early seeing as they just cleaned the room. Business Room was bigger than expected and very modern. Luggage storage after check out was very helpful. Customer service was excellent.
Would have liked having a kettle in the room.

MMarc1Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you donât want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!
