PPengguna Tetamu房間很乾凈，整體佈局很温馨，位置很不錯，對面就是烏石塘景區，邊上也有很多海鮮排擋，去普陀、南沙都很方便，老闆很好，推薦的飯店也都很好吃，酒店九宮格的早餐也很出圈，是下次還會想再來的酒店。

PPengguna Tetamu剛下單，老闆就打電話聯繫加了微信詳細告知船的時間，。老闆小夥兒服務周到細心，很用心的經營民宿。位置就在嵊山島碼頭後面，走路就到了，非常方便。除了有點高，每次要爬很多台階，其它都很好，行李有一個電梯可以運上去，老闆自己設計的很有意思。民宿位置面西正對看日落完美，早上正好沒太陽在外面用早餐很愜意。游泳池是小朋友們的最愛，每天從天亮玩到天黑。老闆還借了我們工具告訴我們早上可以去沙灘趕海抓螃蟹。總之，住在這裏度過了快樂的三天兩晚海島之旅。

They were always readily available, radiating warmth and friendliness, and proactively offering assistance. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into a cherished friend's home.
The suite itself was a masterclass in modern comfort and thoughtful design. Every detail, from the sleek furnishings to the state-of-the-art amenities, was carefully curated to enhance the guest experience. PPengguna TetamuWe loved the customer service. Due to gale warning, we arrived a day early. The hotel got a shuttle service to and from Ferry/airport. We arrived late and the weather wasn't the greatest, but the owner were willing to drive us to get food and offer to pickup. After a long day of rushing from one island to another, we much needed a foot massage. Due to the bad weather, the owner was so nice to offer to drive us to a massage parlor and pick us up after. This is some excellent service you don't see often. The hotel doesn't have elevator, but it's not really an issue for us. The rooms were clean and neat. I could see the temple from my room. This place is in a community, but not far from alot of places. It's walking distance to rent a moped, If you could ride a moped, I 100% recommend it. You could use Wechat/Alipay to rent it. We rent it to ride everywhere. It's very safe. I would definitely book with them again and recommend this place to stay if you are planning to visit the island.

KKamiailvxing這次旅行能選到這家民宿，簡直是我整個行程的點睛之筆！一踏入民宿，温馨雅緻的氛圍就撲面而來，每一處細節都彰顯着主人的用心。房間佈置得整潔又舒適，床鋪柔軟得像雲朵，一躺下就感覺一天的疲憊都被治癒了。
公共區域更是驚喜滿滿，有充滿文藝氣息的閲讀角，還有可以盡情放鬆的庭院，閑暇時在這兒曬曬太陽、喝喝茶，愜意極了。民宿的工作人員熱情周到，從辦理入住到推薦周邊美食景點，都讓人心裏暖暖的。位置也超棒，周邊出行、覓食都很方便。下次來這邊，我肯定還選這兒！

設施比較新，有小度控制窗簾，燈，電視機等。衞生比較好。
如實記錄和想法，
1.酒店位置不錯，在百步沙附近，出門過了馬路就是沙灘，還能看見南海觀音。適合夏天居住。
2.所謂一樓的露台房很好笑，房間外面做個一個假陽台，可以在此喝茶，但私密性太差了，你看遊人 ，遊人看你，房間亦如此，不拉窗簾的話，房間大玻璃，裏面人和物都像在畫框裏。
3.一樓就是原制原味餐廳，大廳就是一股油煙味，房間裏還好，但衹要一出房間就是一股異味。這是急需要改進的點。
4.早上6:30開始供應早餐，一樓客房內就會傳來聲音，晚上有車開過，露台房的隔音效果也不怎麼好。
5.服務規範有待提高。辦入住時微笑迎賓都做不到，早上想找人詢問路線，前台居然沒人。房間服務阿姨倒是熱情周到，及時清理房間，提供客房所需。倒是退房時遇見一位圓臉的小美女，處理問題很專業，並表示會認真聽取建議並加以改進 由此對息耒又生了幾分好感。希望息耒越來越好，物超所值。
特色項目：衹有碼頭接送 其他DIY和禪意旅拍都沒看到。

WWarren TanadaService by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

JJiangnanQH這次入住綠城直營綠沙酒店體驗滿分！綠城直營品質果然靠譜，整體乾淨整潔、管理規範，住着特別安心。
房間空間寬敞，佈局舒服，床品柔軟舒適，衞生做得特別細緻，每個角落都很乾凈。推開窗就是絕美海景，陽台視野開闊，晨起看日出、傍晚吹海風，氛圍感直接拉滿。
工作人員服務熱情貼心，辦理入住高效，兩次給升級房間，有需求都能及時響應，態度温和周到。酒店園區環境優美，綠植茂盛，安靜又宜居。
地理位置很方便，離東沙沙灘很近，步行就能到海邊，去大青山、各大景點出行都很便利，吃飯買海鮮也方便。
設施齊全，整體性價比超高，不管是親子出遊、情侶度假還是短途遊玩都很合適。下次來朱家尖，一定還選這家，真心推薦給大家！

PPengguna Tetamu這個酒店屬於島上比較傳統的老牌酒店，一共9樓。
優點：
1.地理位置可以。樓下就是公交站，旁邊就是小吃街，對面是個小港口 天氣好的話拍照應該蠻好看的。
2.傳統酒店的服務不錯。衞生打掃及時。服務態度蠻好。退房還給了小禮物，很暖心！服務很好
缺點：
1.隔音差。一方面是窗户隔音差，我是2026年四月份去的，樓下在施工，凌晨五點多就開始了。根本無法休息。另一方面，門口經過的人講話 基本都能聽得到。（建議可以與施工方聯繫溝通確保晚上八點到早上八點前不要施工，另 可以升級一下隔音設施，例如真空隔音玻璃，房間門加隔音棉。
2.設施陳舊。老酒店的設施設備較為陳舊。櫃子很破舊。
總結：如果想好好休息，可以不選擇海景房，也就是靠近大街的這一側，很吵。
四百多一晚的酒店，給5分好評確實給不到，勉強四分。

The rooms are not clean enough, we noticed that the air vents were extremely dusty. When we turned on the air conditioning, there was a noticeable dusty odor, making it difficult to breathe, which forced us to turn it off despite the cold weather.
Additionally, the towels provided were not up to standard—some were visibly aged, worn out, and even torn. This significantly impacted the overall comfort of our stay. Improving towel quality and ensuring better air vent maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience.
