Hotel Copenhagen dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I don't know where to start, the hotel was AMAZING! It was a very comfortable stay, we got an upgrade to a one bedroom studio it was perfect very comfy very clean fully equipped with kitchenette, dishwasher, big refrigerator, stove, cutlery and utensils with a nice view. The staff were so friendly and respectful specially Nicolas who checked us in! The were flexible with the check in and check out time too. Excellent location very near to the train station and the city centre all walking distance we didn't need any transport, the area itself of the hotel is new and clean and quiet away from the crowd yet very near to everything! Will definitely book again with the chain anywhere.

The location is decent, with the nearest metro station (central station) about a 10-minute walk away. If you rely heavily on public transport, it may not be the most convenient option. We paid a little extra to upgrade to one of the newer rooms on a higher floor, and it was well worth it. The room felt modern and refreshed, with plenty of space to comfortably open three medium-sized suitcases. The overall environment was excellent. If you book a city-view room, you may even catch the fireworks from Tivoli Gardens on selected days. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Absolutely love this hotel. The interior is incredible, the staff is super helpful, the location is ideal right next to the central station. Booked the cosy room and yes it was small (just like it says online) but it was so nice anyway. Super comfortable bed and just overall great.

Sebuah hotel yang cukup baik terletak di luar 1.5km dari pusat bandar, tetapi kadarnya telah mengimbangi.  Ia agak bagus untuk pengembara muda yang sanggup berjalan kaki ke kawasan sekitar, namun ia tidak menjimatkan untuk menaiki teksi atau uber setiap kali anda perlu keluar.

L'hotel è perfetto: pulito, moderno, con ottima colazione e vicino alla metro. Ci ritornerei certamente.

The location is great, near the metro, the restaurants, cefe and etc. the distance from the hotel is walkable to the shopping street, museums where is center of the city. The room is clean and tidy. The shower room is wide and has a lot of space. There is no electric kettle in the room but you can rent at the reception. The decoration is very nice, in a nordic style. The staff is nice. Recommend!!

The amenities are good, has gym and pool and kitchen (paid). Has a towel. Location is very convenient, next to tivoli. A lot of bugs outside and they were constantly flying onto my bed. :(( otherwise everything was good!

Hotel location is convenient with good accessibility to the city centre; spacious guest room. However, our two rooms have an issue separately. Room 1 has blockage in the sink, while in Room 2, the door could not be closed from outside. The condition improved but not fixed after our reporting to the hotel. We need to forcibly bang the door when going out. Besides, to our disappointment, the staff at the reception refused to help make a table-booking for a restaurant outside the hotel.

Overall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe. However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold. And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering. There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk. If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

It was a good location, a bit far from Central Copenhagen but it’s close to the train station. My bed was uncleaned when I got there which was unexpected bruh. I had a coffee at the pub / common area and the common area was quite nice
