PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel at the end of February with our 4-year-old child, and overall, we were very satisfied with our vacation.
The beach is excellent: there are plenty of sunbeds, and they are spaced far apart, so it never feels crowded. The sand is soft, and the entrance to the sea is gentle and comfortable, with very few shells. There are lifeguard towers along the beach, which adds a sense of safety. A large bar offers soft drinks, alcohol, and coffee, along with two smaller bars. There are changing cabins, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are sturdy and well-maintained. The beach staff are attentive and helpful—they assist with towels, clean sunglasses, and bring drinks. There is also beach entertainment, including yoga, bachata and zumba dancing, pétanque, and beach volleyball. Paddleboard rental and a gym are also available, which adds to the variety of activities.
Breakfast was diverse and fresh. There are live cooking stations for omelets, pancakes, and waffles, as well as traditional Egyptian dishes prepared on the spot. We also enjoyed the honey station, two types of porridge, a wide selection of pastries and bread, including freshly baked flatbreads. There is a large variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, sausages, and fruits such as kiwi, melon, apples, guava, and fruit salads.
We tried massages from three different therapists, and all of them were very good. We definitely recommend taking time to enjoy the spa services.
Music is thoughtfully integrated throughout the hotel. In the main restaurant, you can enjoy pleasant classical piano or jazz music. In the afternoon, the café with donuts features live performances such as guitar, saxophone, violin, or vocals. In the evening, there is a lively entertainment program with singing and dancing, and at night, there is a nightclub near the stage.
The staff truly stand out—they are attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any request. They are especially kind to children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the manager for the exceptional care and professionalism.
The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a separate sleeping area and a cozy lounge space with a sofa and TV. The walk-in wardrobe is a big advantage, with plenty of hangers and storage space, as well as a safe. The bed, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. Housekeeping is excellent: the room was cleaned daily, towels (including beach towels) were changed every day, and bed linen was changed upon request.
There are three à la carte restaurants—Asian, Italian, and Lebanese—which are a great way to diversify your evenings. Reservations are made in advance at the Viennese café. The service is efficient, the staff are attentive, and the food is delicious and authentic.
The hotel is located in the Sahl Hasheesh area. About a 10-minute walk away is the main square, with a shopping street, cafés, and playgrounds nearby. We recommend visiting a charming artisan shop near the square—you can find unique souvenirs and take great photos.
There were a few minor downsides: at the end of February, it can be quite windy. Although the air temperature was around 22–24°C and the sea 18–20°C, the wind made it chilly when getting out of the water, so bringing warm clothes is a good idea. The hotel does not have heated pools. Also, the kids’ club was not operating during our stay, and there was limited entertainment for children, with no evening kids’ disco.
Despite these small issues, we had a fantastic and relaxing holiday and would happily return.

PPengguna TetamuThe biggest problem for us was that we couldn't swim in the sea. For more than 500 meters the water is about 30 centimeters deep and after 12 o'clock it starts to recede and that leaves only 500 meters of sand. So if you want to swim you have to walk on the pontoon or along it for almost 500 meters.
The rooms are outdated, as are the linens and towels. In the room were a lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast was the same day after day, not even one dish changed. Definitely It is not a 5 star hotel.

MMAI army最初部屋のタイプが予約と違いましたが、荷物を広げた後でしたが、予約した部屋を用意してくれました。年配の女性スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。タオルや水、バスローブの数が人数分用意されていなかったです。日本語対応スタッフがいたらもっと良かったです。またフロントが遠いです。ランチボックスも用意してくれます。夜ご飯は18:00に閉まるので注意です。アプリで確認してもらうと19:00から夜ご飯の時間ですが、18：00に行っても閉まっていました。写真を撮ってと言って信じてもらえませんでしたが、夜ごはんスタッフの方も19:00に閉まると話していました。夜ご飯の時間がもう少し長く空いていること、アプリとホテルで言っている事が違った為、ホテルがとても良く余計に残念でした。ホテルは本当に良かったです。エジプトということもあってか、ホテル名が後から更新されたり、事前にホテルとの連絡が全然取れなくアプリとの相性が良くなかったのかなと思います。

I only stayed in Hurghada for two days, and unfortunately my first day didn’t go well because I had booked the wrong hotel. After leaving that place and arriving here, I instantly realized I had finally made the right choice. Even though I spent only two days at this resort, I left wishing I had booked a much longer stay.
All the staff members were genuinely kind and attentive. The food selection was extensive with plenty of delicious options. The beachfront, the swimming pool, and the overall resort atmosphere were wonderful. After my check-out, my flight wasn’t until midnight, yet the hotel kindly allowed me to continue using the resort facilities— and even encouraged me to enjoy the dinner buffet. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference.
During my trip across Egypt, I stayed at 4–5 different hotels, and this one was by far the best. Another big advantage was that the staff could speak both German and English, which made things so much easier. I’d like to give special thanks to receptionist Mina Khalil, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay.
There’s only one thing I believe could be improved: Even though it’s 2025, the in-room internet was available only for an extra fee. At a hotel of this quality, fast and complimentary internet in the rooms should definitely be standard.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again.

MMarawanWe stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room.
Positives:
- The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.
- The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing.
- The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations.
Negatives:
- The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow.
- The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained.
- The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level.
- Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible
- There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in.
Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

DDenelle InceI stayed at Elite Sea Sky Hotel and was genuinely impressed by the standard of the hotel, especially considering how affordable it is. It offers incredible value for money and is a great option if you’re planning to spend most of your time out on tours and just need a comfortable, convenient place to stay.
One of the biggest advantages is its location — it’s close to the airport, which makes arrivals and departures super easy. The hotel itself feels like a peaceful little escape away from all the noise and busy atmosphere, with a quiet, calm, and clean beach that’s perfect for unwinding.
The views are beautiful and really add to the overall experience. Waking up to that scenery was definitely a highlight. While the food is quite basic, it’s not a major issue since you always have the option to order in or explore nearby places to eat.
A special mention to Galal, the hotel manager, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He personally showed me around and made sure I had one of the best rooms, which made my stay feel even more special.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return. If you’re looking for something budget-friendly, comfortable, and conveniently located, Elite Sea Sky Hotel is a great choice.

PPengguna Tetamu泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

Dear Trip.com Customer Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly distressing experience I had with a recent reservation made through your platform.
I booked two rooms for two nights at Jasmine Palace Resort in Hurghada, Egypt, under a non-refundable reservation. Prior to traveling, I called the hotel directly to confirm the reservation and ensure that everything was in order.
However, upon our arrival, we were informed at the reception that our reservation would be canceled because the hotel allegedly has an agreement with an Egyptian agency to only accept UK residents for bookings made via Trip.com. This condition was never disclosed during the booking process, and it is entirely unreasonable and discriminatory to enforce such a policy after the booking has been confirmed and paid for.
We were met with resistance and an unacceptable level of rudeness from a staff member named Mr. Mohamed, who was uncooperative and arrogant throughout the discussion. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation—including offering to pay the rate difference and suggesting that my son, who holds a valid UK BRP, be listed as the main guest—Mr. Mohamed refused every solution.
I was left with no choice but to contact the Egyptian Tourism Emergency Hotline and file an official complaint. Upon requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was connected to Mr. Fathy, who was significantly more professional and understanding. After reviewing our documents and learning that my son has a BRP and that my husband and daughter both hold valid UK visas, he approved our check-in and even offered to upgrade our rooms to deluxe as compensation for the inconvenience.
Shortly after, a police officer who had been informed of the situation arrived at the hotel and confirmed that the issue had been resolved.
This entire ordeal was not only stressful and humiliating, but it also jeopardized the start of our family vacation and left us deeply frustrated with both the hotel’s discriminatory practices and the apparent lack of vetting on your platform. If the hotel has a residency restriction, it should be clearly stated before booking.
I kindly request that Trip.com investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action. At the very least, I would appreciate a formal apology and a gesture of goodwill, such as a partial refund or credit, to compensate for the emotional distress and time wasted.
Please let me know if you require any supporting documentation, including the reservation details, contact logs, or complaint reference with Egyptian tourism authorities.

PPengguna TetamuВеликолепное местоположение, в пешей доступности старый город с магазинами и ресторанами, рядом остров пляж Zeytona, на который возят на лодке или пешком 10 мин, есть свой ресторан на этом острове с баром. Великолепные завтраки. Отличное обслуживание везде, ребята очень стараются, и не из под палки а от души. Отель конечно мягко говоря «подуставший», требуется реновация, но стараниями персонала и местоположением это компенсируется))). С удовольствием вернусь.

HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.
