Please be advised that not everyone is 6ft tall. Magnify mirror, excellent for applying mascara is placed very high and at 5ft 3 could not use it. Thought at first no hair dryer, it was in a draw string bag in the bedroom.

2 chairs but more like dining chairs , not comfortable so only place to sit is on the bed. , the arrangement of furniture made the room feel very cramped for 2 people

It is exactly opposite to the Leicester football stadium.
For most of the time in the year it will a pleasing stay except when its too hot. As the ACs seems to not work properly when its too hot.
Breakfast was ok, not many options but can't expect it wither as its a express hotel.

Hotel rooms small but spotless. Desk staff were amazing. Of all hotels I've ever stayed in these guys were so polite helpful and pleasant. Couldn't praise them enough. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area. Cheap and cheerful.

The hotel room was quite dated compared to the other Premier Inns i have been staying in but it was clean and comfortable, but the reason for being quite disappointed was the breakfast and customer service. On arrival, there was no staff on reception. I tried to use the electronic booking in system but it did not recognise my booking number so i rang the bell quite a few times for help. As no one came after another 5 mins i tried the electronic booking system again and managed to get in with my name. By the time i had logged in and sorted my key cards, still no one came to reception. The breakfast menu offered lots of items and looked lovely but when we visited the breakfast area there were lots of items that were not available. Firstly when looking for the vegetarian meat options on the cooked breakfast i was told we had to order it and it would be 6 minute wait at this point i had already filled up my plate with the other breakfast items so by the time i had received the vegetarian sausage/bacon i had eaten most of my breakfast. The bacon was not good at all, it was like eating beef jerky. The only pastries on offer were croissants although it stated pastrie(s), no blueberry muffins either as advertised. There were no yoghurts either to go with the fruit and granola. When asking the staff for these items i was not greeted well. No apology or warmth to her reply. I was made to feel like i shouldn't have asked and i was an inconvenience. Not worth the £10.99 each that we spent.

The lady at the reception was amazing, had power issues in the first allotted room, in a quick time frame maintenance guy reached and they also complemented me with breakfast. Quick and efficient management!

2nd time here and I like the general location which is not too busy. Staff are helpful and breakfast experience really good. The blocks are based on old student rooms though modernised significantly and my shower was powerful +++! Draw space was minimal. Car park was initially surprisingly full, but no issues during the stay. Negatives on this occasion were too much door banging (it seems that the latching adjustment on some doors is off, I hope they can sort this). Also I noticed the road noise more this time which meant window had to be pretty much shut. You can walk into town from here but it is a pretty long way there and back!

We got married at the city rooms just last week. It was such an amazing day. Everything went exactly how we'd planned. Emily and the entire staff were excellent. The cleaners were brilliant. The Operations manager was fantastic. The food was excellent and so many people said it was the best wedding they'd been to. A massive thank you to Emily and the entire team for helping us with our very special day

PPengguna TetamuMost things about this apartment are great - easy access, right next to a supermarket, clean and spacious room. Nice communal area and kitchen with breakfast food and coffee machine. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well. Was notified that housekeeping is every 4 days. Easy 10 minutes on the bus from Leicester station/city centre. I would recommend bringing noise-cancelling headphones if you are a light sleeper. It is next to a busy road and the walls are VERY thin. I was kept up on several nights by the person in the next room snoring, shouting over the phone at 6am, and listening to loud music throughout the night. Not the hotel’s fault and hopefully not a fixture, but given the other reviews, bring headphones!

TTahera NI had to wait a little at the beginning as for some reason my booking wasn’t showing on their system. However I was given an upgraded room due to this. The first room smelt of cannabis and the edge of the bed metal piece was sticking out with shower gel half empty. Therefore I was given another room which was in excellent condition, it was a lot bigger with a massive TV screen. This hotel’s bathroom had a hair dryer and a hair straightener too. They also had an ironing board. The person at the reception was very friendly, smiled no matter what and even offered tea whilst I was waiting. Some of the rooms had good views example you could see the Leicester wheel.

Re Hotel provided for “a national company” the accommodation was unsafe, unfinished and unfit for purpose. To be clear; I have been in the construction industry for 33 years and I am currently the service delivery manager of 16 years with this company, accountable for the Responsive Repairs, maintenance and Voids properties for “a national housing provider”and “a national company” fire compliance work through our other FRA departments & Fire Safety work across the country. The hotel in question Blaby Westfield House Hotel is truly an appalling hotel provided by Agiito web site options. On entering the car park, the front entrance windows blinds were hanging down off the windows, after I parked, the reception was to the side of the building. On entering the reception, I could smell and feel the dust in the air. There were patches of bare plaster on the walls where the walls had been repaired, I understand thing need repairing so I walk to reception and gave my reservation. I was greeted by the reception person who took my reservation and informed there was no breakfast as the chief was on holiday (I was informed at the time of booking there was no breakfast) therefore I asked is the chief back next week? to which the recreationist stated, ”we don’t know he has been gone a long time”. So now I am thinking what?? I continued my booking and received room number 102 which is situated in the main house building above the front entrance. After walking up and around several corridors through several fire doors which I guarantee are not certified under fire regulations (I am fully versed in the requirements for fire doors and fire safety of buildings). As I walked to my room again around another small corridor the hard-wired fire alarm had a yellow empty tile grouting bucket on the floor as I focused on the bucket, I then realised water was running into the bucket as I looked up it was running out of the fire alarm sensor into the bucket!!! I returned downstairs and informed the receptionist who said, ” Yes it’s the water tank in the loft is leaking the man was meant to fix it last week but it’s still leak, and he hasn't returned yet.” Therefore, there has been no working fire alarm at this hotel for over a week!!! Another breach of Fire Regulations and hotel safety regulations. I asked so when is the Fire Alarms going to be fixed? and the receptionist shrugged his shoulders and stated “I don’t know”!!! The appalling condition and false advertising of this hotel doesn't stop at the complete failure of all Hotel fire Safety Regulations. I was sent to the bar while the receptionist went to get what I can only assume was the manager, I was asked could I go down the ground floor corridor to the bar / restraint area. I walked down the corridor as requested to find myself in the front reception bar/restaurant area, yes where the blind are hanging off the windows, once on the inside looked like a building site!!! To describe this place as a flea pit would be an understatement. The place needs a complete overhaul & I recommend that you only stay here if there is literally nowhere else to stay. This place is filthy, the rooms seem to only get the basic amount of ‘cleaning’ both rooms we were shown could do with a full deep clean. The first room was stinking of cigarette smoke and the second reeked of curry. The floors, walls, light switches, doors, tiles on bathroom walls & bathroom were all filthy & had marks/dirt/stains - the sofa was just disgustingly filthy & we completely avoided it. We were unfortunate enough to stay here for only one night, but I didn’t read the reviews before we booked…I won’t make that mistake again & I hope by reading this that it will avoid you the same pain.

TthomasThe checking in and out process was simple with no problems. There are ongoing renovations and improvements. The restaurant was closed however delivery options and nearby eateries and COOP mini market close by. Easy access to city center by bus or a 30 minute walk along the main road through the Victoria park near the University campus. It has a convenient location with an affordable price with free parking available.
