FFadilah KasmaniOur stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one.

ĐĐĐ»Đ”ĐœĐ° ĐĄĐŸĐ»ĐŽĐ°ŃĐŸĐČĐ°Hotel ini bagus, baru diubah suai, dan bilik-biliknya sempurna. Katilnya sangat besar, yang mana sangat indah! Bilik dan bilik mandi luas dan cerah! Kami menghargai gimnasium dan kawasan kolam renang.
Kawasan renang di laut dilengkapi dengan baik, dan bagus kerana hotel ini terlibat dalam penternakan karang; ia menarik untuk dilihat.
Kakitangannya sopan, kawasannya cantik, dan semuanya hebat.
Keburukan bagi kami:
1. Pembayaran hanya melalui kad. Kami membaca tentang ini terlebih dahulu, dan secara keseluruhannya ia bukan masalah besar, tetapi agak pelik bahawa orang ramai tidak mempunyai pilihan cara untuk membayar. (Contohnya, deposit pasti boleh dibuat secara tunai; saya rasa itu tidak akan menjadi masalah besar. Saya rasa kebanyakan orang akan memilih untuk membayar melalui kad, tetapi saya rasa mereka tidak mempunyai pendekatan yang berorientasikan pelanggan.) Selain itu, semua bil mesti dibayar dengan segera (pilihan untuk menetapkan deposit ke bilik dan membayar semasa pembayaran tidak berfungsi di sini).
2. Makanan dan minuman - harga 2-3 kali lebih tinggi daripada purata (tiada masalah di sini, hotelnya bagus, dan perkhidmatannya juga bagus), tetapi tidak sedap âčïž Kami mencuba beberapa hidangan di pantai dan memesan perkhidmatan bilik untuk makanan dan koktel. Saya akan menilai makanannya 3/5, dan barnya 2/5, walaupun saya fikir mereka perlu diperbaiki.
Selain itu, ia adalah tempat yang indah; kami akan kembali lagi dan lagi!

Nanti kalau ada rezeki datang labuan bajo lagi, memang akan repeat stay sini. Cuma kekurangan dia, jauh sikit dari bandar so susah nak cari makan. Kalau sewa motor pastu nak keluar makan malam, macam seram sikit la sbb jalan mmg gelap. Takde lampu jalan. Kitorang datang masa musim hujan jadi habis basah kuyup naik motor đ€ŁHotel ni ada je restaurant sendiri, cuma makanan macam biasa2 je tak sedap sangat. Tu je la kena improve kot. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.

Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah terdapat jalan tanah kurang daripada 200 meter di hadapan hotel. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan persekitaran hotel.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained â everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help â you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours â a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

One of the standout features is the private outdoor bathroom, which makes for a special experienceâshowering under the open sky and even catching a glimpse of the stars. The laundry service was also convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
There are a few practical considerations to keep in mind. The final stretch of road leading to the guesthouse is in poor condition; while it wasnât an issue for me, it could be challenging for those who are not confident riding a scooter. Additionally, the nearby mosque broadcasts prayers late at night and early in the morning (around 4:45 am), which can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep if youâre sensitive to noise.
I would recommend this place for travelers who appreciate unique stays and donât mind the outdoor bathroom setup, the rough access road, or the early morning and nighttime noise.

PPengguna TetamuPlace looked like the pictures but was a bit more dirty in the corners of the room but otherwise no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is a bit far from the airport however only 10min walk to the harbour. There was also a prayer place right across the street so it got very loud at 2am

KKirsty Ann ElizabethThe property is beautifully decorated and the private balcony offers a fantastic view and spot to watch sunset. As the name hints the property is located on a hillside which means there are a lot of steps. However itâs worth it for the view! It also means that amenities like water are hard to deliver, and we had to wait for more water to be pumped up- not an issue just something to note. Overall the property has a lovely rustic charm, but I would advise brining water or wine/drinks to enjoy on the balcony (there is a fridge) as the restaurant doesnât have anything other than beer and itâs a bit of a distance to the shop. The staff were really kind & helpful with all of my questions. I would stay again đ
