AAbdul RahmanHad a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute.
The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

This one isn’t your typical 4 star hotel as none of the star ⭐️ rating in India 🇮🇳 are as good as most star ⭐️ in other hotels around the world. But this hotel is at least a 3 star which is doable for me.

PPengguna TetamuI travelled solo and stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent on the cold night I arrived, the staff provided an oil‑filled heater for my room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The only downside was the iron: when I tried to iron my dress, it burned a hole in it. I take responsibility for this, but I mention it because the iron is not a proper steam iron, and I assumed it would be fine. I did the morning tour of the Taj and returned just after 12; the hotel was very relaxed about the checkout time and gave me plenty of time to gather my things. I would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is one of the nicer ones in Agra. The room was very nice. The hotel location is mis-marked on Google Maps. When you set course on Google Maps, it will navigate you to a different location off the side of the highway, instead of the correct address. The service was good, but we felt that the front desk was misleading about Ubers in trying to convince us to take their taxi. Additionally, the food services are extremely expensive.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

BBibhasThis was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room.
Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing.
What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations.
I would think twice before choosing this property again.

PPengguna TetamuDriver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.
