The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near restaurants. Staff very helpful and rooms were immaculate. Would definitely stay again however if choosing for its free shuttle from and to airport please confirm hours of operation. It is Not 24/. That piece of information was not shared at time of booking . Trip,com did take care of reimbursement options which has given me a continued trust to continue using them for future bookings,

The rooms were clean and the breakfast, gym and pool were great. However, the reception could have been more attentive and welcoming. It would have been helpful if they explained where the facilities were, like the gym, pool and free bike hire. They also have a coin laundry but no coin exchange machine, and the reception would not change coins for us even though they clearly had some. Overall it felt like we had to chase up services that should have been made easily available.

Stayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

I was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beim Frühstück herrscht oft völliges Chaos. Manchmal gibt es keine Tassen für den Kaffee, oder man bekommt kein Omelett, weil die zuständige Mitarbeiterin allein ist und überfordert wirkt. Dabei ist eigentlich viel Personal vor Ort – aber alles wirkt unkoordiniert. Meiner Meinung nach fehlt es hier ganz klar an gutem Management.

The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night. The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari . I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!! I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble. I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! This is not a hotel so if you have luggage and get in early or want to leave late, there is no where to store your luggage for free. It’s like an AirBnB without the kitchen. If you need something like a tea or coffee, there is no bar or cafe or even reception to this place. It’s just a room and a bathroom with a balcony. It looks much better in the photo. I work in Italy often and this is the worst deal I’ve ever seen. This room should not be going for over 80 euros in the peak season, especially as it’s very much in need of fresh paint. Check-in was a hassle. I needed to fill out paperwork on my phone and upload images of my ID. Somehow I had made the reservation for 2, but it was only me. They asked twice for the id of the other person, even though I told them it was only me. I got the impression they are managing a great deal of rooms at once.

Salve, mi chiamo, Consuelo.  Premetto che La prenotazione l’ho fatta a nome di mia sorella  Debora e l’amica.  Sò che sono stati davvero bene in questo appartamento in Puglia! La casa era pulita, ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza senza pensieri. La posizione è ottima: tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona. Un punto in più va all’accoglienza: i padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e ben organizzato!

The doors to the rooms cannot be closed or locked. So anyone anytime can walk in to the room. The kitchen has only the most basic equipment; there were no small spoons, only one large spoon. Room number 4D (female only room) does not even have lockers where we can store your personal belongings!!!!! There is a maids wardrobe for clean towels and sheets in the same room. No lockers and not possible to closed the door WAS NOWHERE MENTIONED. The maids were really nice, and we had clean towels and bedding every day.
