PPengguna TetamuOne of the better hotel rooms we have been in. Nice open space with allot of room for the kids to play. The hygiene and comfort was excellent. The staff was also very helpfull and friendly. 100% reccommend people to go there. Dont be fooled by the outside pf the building. The hotel room inside is a hidden gem.

PPengguna TetamuWe had high expectations for the stay and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
When we entered the room (house) we were immediate impressed by the well designed and styled (in Matera sassi style) and furnished room that has THREE showers btw. We were also simultaneously greeted by the extremely friendly and helpful host — Juicy, who also recommended us some great restaurants and a good supermarket nearby.
Definitely recommend all to stay here!

ささんぽみち親切なご対応と美しく広々とし快適なお部屋のホテルです。駅からは海岸と反対側方面の静かな住宅街にあり、バス利用もよいですが、一直線で分かりやすいバス通りを散歩してみますと美味しい魚介店、カフェやレストラン、オシャレなインテリア店、美しい教会や木陰などありのんびり楽しい道中でした。また訪れたいです！

PPengguna TetamuIn one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean,
In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back

Единственное, что мне не понравилось — это то, что чтобы заселиться, необходимо получить инструкцию на вотсап. Мне вовремя ее не прислали и пришлось стоять под дверью и писать администраторам. В итоге меня запустил кто-то из постояльцев. Далее не могли разобраться, какой номер кровати. Это все подпортило впечатления, но, в целом, опыт хороший.

LLily Low SLSpacious apartment with kitchenette. The location was a bit farther from the main attractions, and communication with the host could be improved. Overall, it was still a good stay and offered great value for money.

MMSim83The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night.
The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari .
I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!!
I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble.
I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! Great value for money considering I found Bari expensive for hotels and accommodation.

PPengguna TetamuThis is not a hotel so if you have luggage and get in early or want to leave late, there is no where to store your luggage for free. It’s like an AirBnB without the kitchen. If you need something like a tea or coffee, there is no bar or cafe or even reception to this place. It’s just a room and a bathroom with a balcony. It looks much better in the photo. I work in Italy often and this is the worst deal I’ve ever seen. This room should not be going for over 80 euros in the peak season, especially as it’s very much in need of fresh paint. Check-in was a hassle. I needed to fill out paperwork on my phone and upload images of my ID. Somehow I had made the reservation for 2, but it was only me. They asked twice for the id of the other person, even though I told them it was only me. I got the impression they are managing a great deal of rooms at once.

PPengguna TetamuThe doors to the rooms cannot be closed or locked. So anyone anytime can walk in to the room. The kitchen has only the most basic equipment; there were no small spoons, only one large spoon. Room number 4D (female only room) does not even have lockers where we can store your personal belongings!!!!! There is a maids wardrobe for clean towels and sheets in the same room. No lockers and not possible to closed the door WAS NOWHERE MENTIONED. The maids were really nice, and we had clean towels and bedding every day.
