AAvedisThis hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

Pros. Have a lot of free services and amenities e.g. free shuttle bus from JR Atami station, Comic room, Free boardgame to use. The best thing of this hotel is food meal! They serve all you can eat snack& drink alcohol served for free at 15-18pm. The buffet both dinner and breakfast are very superb. The dinner is all you can eat BBQ seafood (abalone, crab, shells, shrimp) that you can ask for abalone unlimited, lisewise the breakfast is all you can eat BBQ fish (Kinmedai,Saba, Ham&Sausage) with salad. I do recommend this hotel if you want to have great seafood meal with alcohol.

PPengguna TetamuI suppose the charm of Atami is that the whole area is a little bit 'dated' as far as a resort goes, and this hotel definitely aligns with that - it seems like a place that was once great and is now kind of just rolling along bringing in what money it can.
The food is serviceable but totally uninspired - an upscale cafeteria masquerading as something better than it is with 'chefs' wearing their whites. The entire dining room constantly smells of fryer oil from the tempura - which they still make and keep stock of in such large quantities that it is never fresh and crispy anyways (especially the shrimp, which has not been sufficiently dried before battering). The remaining hot dishes are very disappointing both in terms of variety and overall flavor. The sushi and sashimi is the standout of the food, although it too is very basic - not anything that will blow your mind, but acceptably tasty and reasonably fresh (although on our second night everything tasted a bit soapy/bleachy). As a westerner you will be very disappointed by the breakfast, although that's a 'me' problem rather than a hotel problem per se.
The spa facilities are nice but a bit dated - be careful in your selection of both time and location unless you want to be surrounded with many loud (mostly Chinese) children. Private spas are available and are quite nice, although again dated. Nonetheless at around 60 USD for an hour the price is good for the privacy, especially as a westerner who is otherwise subject to quite a bit of staring at this mostly local and Chinese spa.
We stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious with an enormous and comfortable bed, and a (For japan) reasonably sized tub. Room and desk service was good.
The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but has regular free shuttles to/from Atami station, which is where the main tourist streets for shopping etc can be found. Highly suggest checking out Golden Eye for some excellent Ramen.

CCHEN非常滿意的一次入住體驗，房間非常大，乾淨舒適。全部阳台向海並帶𠕇私人溫泉浸浴。我們全家五人在兩个網站共訂了三个房間，酒店預先聯絡我们了解了各位入住客人的身高（以配置适合的浴袍）以及饮食愛好，特意為不吃魚生的加工好熟食。晚餐和早餐都非常美味，食材新鮮。入住兩天的菜單都有变化，魚生有龙蝦、甜蝦和各式當地當季的鮮魚和鰻魚，和牛也煎得非常到位，适合各位的要求！房間是現代简约及结合传统日式酒店的風格，我們有二间是日式、一间是西式風格的房間，彼此都相當滿意。lounge 在八樓，面向大海品尝冷、熱咖啡和綠茶、日本的各式小點心和果子，还可出阳台浸浸腳，不出洒店都能得到很好的休息！七樓更有風景很好、设施齐全的戶外风呂…… 酒店的所有員工都很热情、有禮、非常的專業！这是我們全家在日本渡假最滿意，一致感覺100分的酒店，並相約明年再來！

PPengguna TetamuWalaupun sesetengah orang mungkin berasa sukar untuk melakukan daftar masuk dalam talian tanpa bantuan meja depan hotel yang 'betul', kami tidak menghadapi sebarang masalah. Kami boleh menyerahkan butiran peribadi kami melalui telefon bimbit kami di mana-mana sahaja pada bila-bila masa sebelum tiba. Kemudian apabila tiba, menggunakan PIN yang dihantar ke e-mel kami, kami boleh memasuki pintu masuk dengan lancar. Di lobi, terdapat tablet, untuk setiap tetamu mengambil gambar mereka untuk pengesahan maklumat yang telah kami serahkan terlebih dahulu. Kemudian kami disambungkan ke pusat panggilan yang bertanya kepada kami beberapa soalan mudah kemudian ia selesai. Kami suka bahawa terdapat aliran percuma minuman panas & sejuk, alkohol dan bukan alkohol, coklat/gula-gula/kacang jepun percuma tersedia. Kami adalah kumpulan 7 orang, jadi kami menggunakan ruang bersama untuk makan kami. Bilik-bilik adalah besar untuk standard Jepun dengan sinki kecil, meja makan dilampirkan. Setiap tempahan disertakan dengan tempat letak kereta. Tempat letak kereta hanya 2-3 minit pemanduan dan kami hanya meletak kereta mengikut nombor bilik kami. Saya tidak boleh lebih gembira dengan penginapan saya di sini dan pasti akan mengesyorkan rakan-rakan untuk tinggal di sini.

Public onsen provides inside and outside experience.
The only disappointed is there is a Group of HK people arrived, there is a man full of tatoo get in public onsen. I checked the rules at front door. It mentioned Tatoo is prohibited. This kind of stupid HK people is a shame for HK when they travel around in Japan. Dont understand the culture of Japan.
No parking area for loading, Car parking needs to use next hotel, a bit inconvenience if you carrying few luggages. 🧳

YYvonne Sadie首先給自駕和計劃預訂的朋友提個關鍵提醒：周邊有兩家 Livemax Resort，一定要提前確認好自己預約的具體門店，避免跑錯耽誤行程～ 我們自駕前往，酒店配套停車場，停車費一晚 1000 日元，收費透明，停車體驗還算順暢，對自駕遊客很友好。
這次入住的核心亮點太多，完全撐起 5 星評價！最驚喜的是洗浴用品，遠超預期超 impressive—— 不僅有基礎的沐浴乳、洗髮水、護髮素、洗手液，還貼心配備了身體乳、頭髮護理液、護手霜等全套產品，品質和種類都很到位，不用額外自備。房間是加錢升級的海景房，雖然面積比原房間小，衹有 21 平方米，但能坐擁海景，還自帶露台泡澡缸，愜意又治癒，升級體驗很值（原房間被告知看不到煙花，所以選擇加錢換房）。
酒店的餐飲體驗也超讚！預訂價格包含日式自助晚餐和早餐，菜品口味完全符合我的喜好，食材和種類都在線，吃得很滿足。基礎配套也沒拉胯：提供一次性拖鞋，衞生放心；房間有 wifi，聯網順暢；水壓充足，洗漱體驗舒適；酒店整體氛圍很安靜，休息時不會被打擾；天台還設有泳池，雖未體驗，但能感受到配套的豐富性。
當然也有小小的不足：升級後的海景房面積偏小，空間略顯緊湊；床褥舒適度一般，感覺已經被睡扁，睡眠體驗稍打折扣；吹風機和通風口比較臟，不過當時沒有反饋投訴；另外有點小遺憾，入住當天正好是我的生日，前台辦理入住時沒留意到護照訊息，也沒有送上生日祝福，少了點小驚喜。
整體來看，酒店的核心體驗（餐飲、海景泡澡、配套、安靜氛圍）都很出色，雖有面積、床褥及小細節的小瑕疵，但完全不影響整體滿意度。

1. There is NO light from station to the stay, so if you’re walking at night it’s REALLY scary and eerie

Rrptsha看得出是有年頭的酒店了，設施比較老舊，像房門鑰匙、開關、插座、座便器這些看着就是十幾年前國內3星酒店的標準。因為在海邊的關係吧，房間一進去就是潮濕的霉味，不過房間裏面有放凈化器。在花火大會當晚能訂到房，已經不容易了，雖然相比平時價格可能翻了3倍。房費包括2大1小的一泊二食，按3人鋪好了床、擺了洗漱用品。
早晚餐都是自助餐，要注意的是晚飯最好提前跟酒店約時間，我們不知道，去了現場被告知晚飯時間衹有第二場20點開始，還好我們的司機大姐跟前台軟磨硬泡，說我們要去海邊現場看花火的，給我們調到了18:30的第一場。自助餐品質雖然不多，但是味道很不錯，尤其炸蝦、蛋炒飯、牛排。軟飲、啤酒也是暢飲的，用餐時間70分鐘。
吃完飯，從酒店溜達到親水公園google map有兩條路，一條經過熱海銀座，人多車多店鋪多走起來慢，想感受熱鬧的可以走這。我們選了沿着系川河有台階的小路，去海邊是下坡走起來不累，大概12、3分鐘就能到親水公園，這邊看煙花正好。如果不想去海邊，酒店的5樓也有露台能看（當天有看到一塊指示牌），不過會被前麪的樓擋住一些。
看好花火回酒店，還能去2樓大澡堂洗澡、泡溫泉，舒服。第二天早餐最晚入場時間是9點。
